Issue with hot water availability for shower during cloudy days but that too was fixed quickly once the issue was raised.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location is close to Phewa lake and the market making it very convenient.

The Management and the owner so called CEO or Manager Mr Jack Tamang doesn’t know how to communicate and talk with the guest Where as he was smelling drunk when taking to me Every guest is God and Guest is rite as per the Hotel Industries He didn’t bother to check the visiting card that I gave And on top was arguing and screaming at her staff For the booking done in booing.com As they are suppose to pay 20percent commission to booking.com I will never suggest not recommend anyone to this hotel The manager the owner is very indecent No well manners The theme is attractive tye breakfast is good The staff is very Dominated by the owner in short Bad and bad as per my experience

AC was a little temperamental. Left my swimming trucks on the balcony by mistake - they were not returned to me by housekeeping after I arrived back ay hotel after my trek though would have been easy to do so.

Breakfast was good and they arranged an early breakfast when I had to leave before 7 am. Location is excellent - just 5 minutes from Lakeside. Staff were very helpful and the swimming pool appeared to be cleaned every day.

Buffet Breakfast was good quality food but with limited options. The service, cleanliness, food are all good. The location was good without street noises but had late night dj music coming from other clubs in the surrounding.

The behavior of staff and the open terrace of every room was not good

Staff should be polite with guest. They were not much co operative. The security system on terrace is very poor. It seems security threats

I was on the ground floor for the duration of the stay and has less lights in the room coming from outside and for some reason there is no main light as well.

Bathroom was nit good at all. Breakfast was pathetic. No choice. Swimming pool water was very bad. The price on booking.com were way too high. When i complained the hotel about breakfast and swimming pool, the manager said i could have booked 40% lower if i book directly. I feel cheated by booking.com for the facility i got.

The location was nice and room was big. The staff was cooperative but they can do anything to improve the stay.

it was advertised as Lake side view with mountain view, which was the main reason for booking this hotel, I is in the middle of the street and no views just other hotels and building views . Felt cheated by the hotel description, none of the showers worked , and last but not the least the pillows in the room were too uncomfortable. we all 5 travellers did not use it
