Everything! AMAZING STAFF, always ready to help. Big rooms, with bathroom, clean, next to the main street in Lakeside, close to amenities, shops, restaurants, etc etc. Super comfortable and nice hot shower.

The owner and the rest of the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. If we had any problem or question, they were there to help. The owner advised us how to get to Ghandruk, organized a bus ticket to Kathmandu and even accompanied us to the bus stop! We also ate delicious breakfasts at the hotel. There was hot water in the shower and there was always internet. The hotel is in a very good location, close to everywhere :) I recommend it and greetings!!! :)

The hot water in our shower wasn't very hot but we dealt with it just fine.

We ended up booking an extra night rather than changing hotels after our hike. The owner was super nice and even offered to do our laundry when we came back from our hike. The accommodation is basic but excellent value for money and the location is great.

I never post my hotel rating for a good hotel but this hotel is the best hotel in Pokhara, which you will find in your home 🏡...The behavior of the hotel owner is very good, he fulfills all your needs...You will not face any problem, the location is also nearby...If anyone comes to Pokhara, stay in this hotel if you want to feel good.They are not running the hotel for money, they like the best service... A warm and welcoming place that felt like home. Very accommodating staff who will go out of your way to make sure you have an excellent stay. I was even allowed to check in extra early after arriving on an overnight bus - excellent service. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

So, basically, due to my deepest sympathies, I couldn't decide whether to leave a review or not coz I don't want other guests to flood the hotel coz I would have to leave :) All in all, everything was to my liking, I have been to several hotels in Nepal and this one is the first I truly like. First of all, what you need to remember, Nepal is famous for its mountains, trekking and... Power outages. In my experience, it's usually from 2 to 10 power outages per day for no apparent reason and you have to deal with it whether you pay hundreds of $ or less than a dozen. Previously, my work was affected by this fact coz unstable internet is the key to all my troubles. And yet at CelestyInn, somehow, I haven't had any troubles with the internet to this day. Yes, power outages still occur every day but the internet works regardless. I even bought a data bundle at Ncell but haven't actually had a necessity to use it. Imma attach a screenshot of the speed here. Everything is as expected, hot water is fine, clean towels, no cockroaches or other pests. Love it. Btw, the withdrawal fee in Nepal is 500 npr per transactions, in touristy areas it's up to 700 npr but you're able to pay with Unionpay, mastercard or visa card at the hotel.
