The staff, they didn't understand english or hindi/urdu it was very difficult to communicate with them.

The breakfast as provided by the Hotel was below average. If i was to rate the food of the hotel i would rate 1.5 out of 5. Need to improve the food quality, and also ensure that the food is served hot to the customers.

Here’s a detailed review of our wonderful time at this budget-friendly hotel: **Location:** The hotel is perfectly located in Sauraha, just a short walking distance from the main area. Its central location made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the town, enjoy the local culture, and experience the beauty of Chitwan. **Accommodation:** The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the ambiance of the hotel added to the overall charm of our trip. **Food:** The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed a variety of dishes, including local Tharu cuisine, which was flavorful and authentic. Every meal felt like a treat, and the dining experience was a highlight of our stay. **Jungle Safari:** One of the most memorable parts of our trip was the jungle safari. Our guide, **Dipesh Chaudhary**, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the safari truly exciting. We spotted wildlife, learned about the jungle ecosystem, and had an adventure we’ll never forget. **Exceptional Staff:** The staff at Hotel Chitwan Park Village went above and beyond to make our stay special. **Ranjan Bhandari**, in particular, treated us like family. He not only arranged for us to enjoy a typical Tharu dance evening but also personally took us there in his own vehicle. His warmth and hospitality were truly heartwarming. Another standout was **Sagar**, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. He was always attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed. His dedication and kindness made us feel so welcome. **Tharu Cultural Evening:** The Tharu cultural dance evening was a fantastic experience.

The toilet was damaged, no toilet paper, towel not provided even when asked, poor wifi. Breakfast wasn't on time. The pillows are dirty, it needs to be thrown out.

I didnt liked anything. My guest was there and he was very upset with the service. And the way the staff spoke. Useless. Doesn’t mean if you pay cheap, you will serve them cheap. Typical uneducated peoples.

Everything was bad ! There is nothing good. They didn't had hot water, milk powder and most importantly TV. They don't have good breakfast. So if want a good hotel see another one. Thanks

Pictures of the hotel not representative of the reality; disappointing. Staff was really nice but sometimes too omnipresent in our stay, not letting us any space. The day of the departure we were awake before them while everything was planned the day before for us to have bkf and leave on time. At the end “eat fast please the tuktuk is waiting”. They woke up 45 min late we were waiting for them. Not reliable and serious at all.

Wifi was little bit slow.

Room is big and clean. Air conditioning is working very well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Walk 10 minutes to town . It’s a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staffs ,the owner of the hotel (Ranjan sir)came to pick us up and drop up to the bus stop, that's impressive,never met this kind of person who comes to pick up in buspark,he is the best ,big thumb up for him,and I truly appreciate his hospitalities,we will be back

Nice location only 5 minutes walk in to the town and riverside. Good break fast,big and clean room, comfort and big bed. All staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel organised full day jeep safari saw Tiger,16rhino,sloth bear and many birds.
