A lovely peaceful spot, with various outside sitting areas and garden you can enjoy. There are also chairs outside room to enjoy. Location is a short walk off the Main Street, easy walk to anywhere in Sauhara. The staff is amazing, kind, caring, respectful and helpful in arranging any activities such as jeep safaris, taxi, bus, plane tickets etc etc. Breakfast was plentiful and seconds were always offered. Room are spacious. I would definitely recommend Chitwan Village Resort, a quiet spot to enjoy after a busy day.

The hot water wasn’t reliable.

Staff were very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Also booked bus tickets and arranged tours with knowledgeable guides. The gardens were very pretty and well looked after and were filled with birds and butterflies. The location was great and gave easy access to the village, river and park but was on a quiet road. It was a lovely place to chill out.

I really enjoyed my stay at Chitwan Village Resort. The staff were brilliant and answered all my queries expediently and with my specific circumstances in mind. I thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay whilst in Chitwan. Their friendliness and helpfulness exceeded my expectations. Their advice on tours and assistance was second to none. Can't thank them enough for a wonderful time in Chitwan.

That we had to leave!

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Chitwan Village Resort. The grounds are kept beautifully. Our room was spacious, although basic it was clean and was excellent value for money. The resort is only a 2-3 min walk to the river where you can see wildlife and is a nice place to have a drink at sunset. The town is only 5 mins walk in the other direction. But what made our stay so enjoyable were the staff ☺️ Raj, the manager there is amazing, he is so wonderfully kind and helpful. Basu too, we enjoyed his friendly greetings. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts each morning, pancakes, eggs, coffee. The dinner we ate one night was delicious too. Raj helped to arranged some great trips for us, canoeing, jungle trek and jeep safari. All were very good and reasonably priced. He also booked our bus tickets to Kathmandu for us with great seats. We would recommend this friendly resort to all visiting Saurara!! Wonderful 10/10

Loved everything

Don't hesitate to stay here! We seriously loved it. The place is clean, the shower hot, the wifi strong and the garden BEAUTIFUL. The pancakes at breakfast were amazing as well. Last but not least the people there are the kindest, most genuine and friendly ever. Thank you Raj! We did our tours through the hotel as well and it was great. 10/10, we will be back!

This resort is a great place to stay in Chitwan National Park. - The location is perfect, only a 2 minute walk to the Main Street and river. - The hosts were so lovely and accomodating. They booked our bus tickets and our walking tour. - The rooms were spotless and the shower was hot 24hrs. - The breakfast, lunch and dinner meals at the on-site restaurant were delicious!! Highly recommend this beautiful little resort. Thank you a great stay 😁

The staff made us feel like we are part of their family. We felt at home. :) Rajendra, Rajkumar and the rest of the team were always available to help us and took care of everything. One of our highlights was clearly our walking tours with Jagat. Highly recommend that you do the jungle tour and walking tour in the community forest with him. We had the best experience at Chitwan Village Resort we could ever have hoped for. Hoping to be back again in the near future.

Location is perfect, which is not far away fr the main street but much more quiet. Hotel provides 2 way pick up service fr bus station, all staff is really helpful, the owner Rag is professional for organizing trip plan for us, Bashu provide warm and considerate service for us, the hiking guider is really love this area and familiar with all kinds of animals, birds, plants. hotel has perfect garden, open facing a rice field, every room have balcony outside, the facility is fine except shower. A perfect experience in Chitwan

The location is great. Very close to the market and the Rapti lake. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and the owner is so nice and helpful. He managed to arrange tours and find budget options for me. He also came with me to the bus station to ensure I get on the bus and have nice seat. Thank you for the great stay! Definitely recommended.

The staff was perfect, really helpful and kind. They help me with all my needs. The only one problem was with the bed, really hard and for me was impossibile to sleep well. On the other side It helps you to wake up early for the trekking and tour 🤣

Honestly I cannot find a bad thing to say. Just be careful with the AC as I think I caught a little cold from it but that's on me for keeping it at a too low temperature.

The hotel was recommended to us by our friends and I can recommend it too! The hotel was really pretty, well-located, and well-adjusted. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. And there work the nicest, friendliest, and most accommodating people. They even drove us personally to the bus station on our last day. Highly recommend staying here!

The owner came to pick us up from the bus station and gave a lift back at the end of the stay. The whole resort is just adoring, makes you wanna relaxed. And the staff is just amazing! Always willing to help. We had breakfasts and ate dinner and everything was delicious! Totally worth recommending!
