We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

we didn't take breakfast in the hotel. The hotel was near to boudah stupa, very comfortable for stupa circumbulating. quite a peaceful place to live in.

ThailandThey are absolutely not aware of what information is posted on the website. I asked for a non-smoking room, but they din't have any: all the rooms were smoking. They sprayed my room, but it didn't really help. According to the booking confirmation, free breakfast was included, but it was not true. They don't have any facilities for breakfast, so I had breakfast outside.
The location was great, just 5 minutes from the stupa. I got a nice, clean room, and even a decent view. It was quite at night. The staff was very welcoming, they even allowed me to check in early. The shower was perfect, with non-stop hot water available at any time.
