We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is one of the best I've ever been to. The restaurant has a great view and I have to say that the food they prepared for dinner was definitely a 10/10, to my surprise. The breakfast is great, and having it served hot and freshly made definitely improved the taste. Last but not least the reception staff was fantastic as they helped me with plenty of non-accommodation-related tasks, thanks for making my stay great! (special thanks to Laxmi, Savita, and Sushma)

This is a new hotel. The hotel is set up 100% Indian. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is 100% Indian. In general the hotel is not as clean as required for its price. It is ok for Indian business men, but in no way for tourists.

Sri Lanka1. Very Dull 2. The water glasses were smelly 3. The restaurants were good but fod varities at the buffet was limited and no action station.
The location was good, the hotel was not too crowded and big. The property is big and has many facilities but looks very dull. The staff were attentive and helpful always starting from the security to the restaurant. The chef too was quite nice and attended to needs at the breakfast buffet.
