CyprusPool wasn't heated, so not warm, gym closed on Saturdays. Very noisy neighbours ( though that was not the hotels fault).

United Arab EmiratesWe had the worst experience in this hotel. Not sure how people voted this hotel very clean. Someone tried to break into our room in the middle of the night. I went to the reception to complain and he was just laughing and saying these things can happen must be by mistake. The room was extremely dirty. We couldn’t sleep whole night because there was a lot of noise coming from the hotel. Guests were so loud talking going up and down moving furniture at 3 am it almost felt like it wasn’t a hotel but we were staying at someone’s house. Don’t fall for the reviews. This is not a clean hotel.

GermanyAlthough the listing said there was a pool, it was under construction (apparently due to the sudden heavy rain) but on the other hand there was a new table in the spa lounge which was still in its transport packaging. I can’t imagine the monsoon wrapped this table. We were compensated with free use of the Sauna though. Another big problem was the condition and cleanliness of our room. The bathroom was covered in black mold. The bathtub also looked like it wasn’t maintained since its installation. Further there were cockroaches underneath the kettle. Disappointing!
We liked the friendliness of the staff as well as their attempts to make up for the problems of this hotel. The breakfast was better than expected!
