The toilet could use a good scrub. You can't sit on your own balcony because it's too small. You can sit on the balcony in front if you want that.

The only reason I'm not giving it a 10 is because of the wifi connection which wasn't stable in my room. I had an important work call which kept disconnecting. Maybe the signal is better in the lobby.

Great location with plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and just a few minutes walk from the lake. There's a restaurant in front where teenagers tend to gather and have loud parties but if you have earplugs, it should be fine. The couple who owns the place is very friendly and they speak English fluently. The owner even helped me book a ride to the airport because the drivers on the app were trying to scam me. Good price for money, clean and spacious room with plenty of sunlight and a balcony. Hot water in the shower and extra blankets in case guests feel cold.

It was great experience I stay before and after trekking, the owner of this house such a good one. I just feels like home, They treated us not as a guest but as a member of their family 😌 Arranged everything what we need for. Mr Bam Dev as the owner and his wife was so nice the warmth of them touched. even mr Bam Dev has fluently in 4 languages. Oohh gosh i would love to stay more longer there. Our trip to ABC (permit, porter, jeep, etc) Our unneeded stuff being kept at the hotel while we trek Our laundry (wash and iron) clean Our room comfortable and ventilated Our massage appointment to the best massage place Our Bus ticket back to KTM too Making sure we made it in time as well He's like an all-rounder, very helpful. I was here 5 years ago, here again after the pandemic. If I come back to Pokhara next time, I will definitely stay here again. Very recommended!
