During my stay, there were some construction works happening outside that woke me up early in the mornings. However, the hotel manager was very accommodating and kindly offered me a complimentary ride to the airport as a gesture of goodwill. This thoughtful service helped make up for the inconvenience. Sometimes late at night there were no hot water available and shower designed in the way that the entire bathroom floor gets wet.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and always eager to help. Every day, they asked how I was doing and how my day had been, making me feel like a valued guest. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is in a fantastic location at the edge of the Thamel district, offering a quiet atmosphere while being just around the corner from the bustling city center with numerous shops, cafes and spas.

The bathroom would get a bit flooded every time we took a shower, but there were sandals offered in the room that you could go in.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel is located in a great area in Thammel, but in a rather quiet area. The view from the pool is fantastic, one can see the Monkey temple from a distance and see an amazing sundown. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Would definitely stay again in this hotel!

Sometimes no hot water available, showers were wet room style so floor gets easily wet. Card payments incur a 3% fee.

Great location in Thamel, with very friendly helpful staff including 24/7 security. Quiet at night, located on a small side street. Good breakfast range including an omlette/egg station. Very comfortable beds, and property was clean throughout. Strong WiFi. Great pool area with sun loungers and a city view. Can pay in Nepalese rupees or $US cash.

Divine hotel surprised me first by the location. I know it’s next to Thamel but when I arrived, I realized it was not just close but also tucked away in a quiet spot.

The rooms were a little small, but very clean and with comfy beds and good views so that was OK. The bathrooms had wet showers, which is quite common for the region, but hard to keep things dry.

Property was in a great location in thamel, easy walking distance to everything. The proprietor and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was good quality and nice options. We really loved the rooftop pool for a place to cool off after long days of sightseeing and enjoy great views of the city. Great place to stay, highly recommend!

The location is superb, in the heart of Thamel and meanwhile calm. Everyone in the staff was so kind and accommodating. I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in. The breakfast buffet had delicious variety and the rooftop swimming pool was refreshing and with nice views. I highly appreciate that they had the luggage storage which saved me a lot of hassle moving around with a heavy suitcase after shopping in Thamel :) Thank you a million 🙏🤩✨

Stayed only for few hours as we arrived very late and checked out early in the morning. Everything was fine and check in was smooth although it was late. Only few mins walk to the bus stop to Pokhara.

Breakfast was great. Good selection. Only gripe was having to pay for a cappuccino but that is minor given the excellence in all other departments. Location is great. Close to all the action in Thamel, short walk to Durbar Square. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We extended our stay due to the poor visibility in Pokhara. We were made feel very welcome and so well looked after. Home away from home.

Best accommodation, can highly recommend it. The rooms are extra ordinary clean. The biggest bonus is the roof top terrace where you can enjoy a nice view over Kathmandu + the pool up there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the location is great, in a more quiet road in the centre of Thamel.

Great location in the center of Thamel but tucked away so not too much traffic noise. All the staff are extremely friendly, polite and always asking if everything is okay and do I need anything. The rooms are small but adequate with a balcony, mini bar, international tv and powerful shower. Rooftop swimming pool is a bonus, it is a lot bigger than it looks on the photo, there is a terrace where you can eat. Breakfast is good and served on the little terrace outside.
