There restaurant's food price is a bit Higher comparing with outside price. They can think about to provide Room Service of food at midnight. They can think to make pools water warm.

First of All I Love my stay in this hotel because of it's Location. There Staffs are Great, they treated very generously and nicely. There people's are so much friendly. There food in Breakfast specially was Good. Overall Loved How they take care our 11 night stay.

Nothing could have been better. It is perfect.

Rudra is the most gracious of hosts and made us feel like long lost friends. Between him and every staff member my mother and I have been looked after with great care. We booked for 10 nights but have continued out stay here it is so wonderful. It is quiet, the beds are fantastic, everything is spotless and everyone here is lovely. We really do not want to leave. There is nothing I can say that is anything other than complementary.

Very friendly staff. Exzellent Restaurant and Breakfast. Nice view. Roof Terrace with pool. Very comfortable beds. Very calm, but nevertheless inmidst of Thamel.

Little bad smell in bathroom.

We loved everything in Divine! Room was really nice and clean, modern style! Bathroom shower had power and hot water. Breakfast was nice. It was off season but still rooftop pool area was nice to chill out :) And our special thanks goes to Rudra and all the staff member there. Everybody were so friendly and helpful and we felt like home. Hospitality is 10/10 there for sure!

Friendly staff in a great part of Kathmandu with wonderful facilities, especially the very tasty breakfast. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Kathmandu in the future!

Where do I begin! If I could give more stars I would, throughout our stay the service was absolutely exceptional. It was my boyfriend's birthday when we were there and I informed the hotel of this and wow, they were so kind in organising a cake and decorations for him which was above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating for our requests and genuinely seemed happy to be there which was refreshing and makes for a warm atmosphere. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want including made to order eggs, pastries, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, Indian breakfast, toast sausages and fresh juice etc. This was super helpful as I am coeliac and still had plenty of options! The rooftop pool is also amazing, we spent an entire day relaxing and ordering coffee's on the terrace and even had a dip (it's winter season now, but was definitely something everyone should experience!). Great value for money and the best service you could ask for - would highly recommend! Thank you to the staff for our wonderful stay :)

I had a lovely room with a balcony nice and light and great view of the sunset. Staff were very friendly and caring. I was poorly in the morning and the staff were very concerned and helpful. I felt the hotel good value for money.
