I had a really wonderful stay at the hotel elegant kathmandu inn. My room was so comfortable , clean and had everything I needed. The staff were so lovely, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was even included and there was so much variety, really impressive. Location was great, close to the main area but really quiet, i slept really well. I highly recommend a stay here and will be back myself when I return to Kathmandu.

There was a slight odor in the bathroom, but I believe this is common in this area of Nepal. The hot water takes some time to heat up—I only realized this on my third night.

If I have the chance, I would stay at this hotel again. Most of the staff are very kind and genuinely care about their guests. Receptionist Binod is very nice always with a smile, and he even taught me to speak Nepali. On the first morning, I overslept, and to my surprise, the restaurant staff called to remind me about breakfast. Their warm and thoughtful attitude made me feel cared for, which is especially important when traveling alone. The breakfast menu changes daily, and I truly enjoyed having breakfast here. Every morning, I would order a cup of Masala Tea. When I returned to my room at night,I would always find two bottles of water placed at the door—a small but thoughtful detail in their service. The hotel has an elevator, making it a great choice for those who prefer not to carry their luggage up the stairs. The location is very convenient, surrounded by restaurants and small shops. There are also many stores selling hiking gear. The room was generally clean, and I slept well every night.

Perfect property with perfect service. I was offered a complimentary airport pickup service which was very convenient. On arriving at the hotel they offered me a welcome drink. I had some query about travel and trek, the hotel provided all the required information for free. Hotel staff were really kind and very helpful. The customer service of this hotel is excellent. My room was on the 4th floor. Hotel has an elevator which was very helpful. My room was of descent size equipped with every required room accessories. After 2 days, I requested the hotel to give me a room with private balcony. With some additional fee I was provided a big size room that had a private balcony. Another great thing about this hotel is the food they provide at the hotel restaurant. They provide variety of food items. I tried some foods and it was delicious. I will book this hotel again for my next visit to Kathmandu.

Amazing Property with amazing customer service. The property is very well maintained. Everything is organized in a professional way. The staff were very helpful with the query I had about places to visit in Kathmandu. I booked the hotel car to visit places in Kathmandu. I am returning to Nepal in April for Trekking and I am booking this hotel for that time too. I think the hotel will help me in organizing the trekking. I have to ask the hotel about that. If they can organize the trekking for me, then I am going to book the trek from the hotel.

It was my first time in Nepal and everything was amazing because of Hotel Elegant. I was in Nepal for the trekking. As I was new to Nepal, I didn't know anything about travel and trek service process. Hotel helped me so much in organizing everything that's needed for trekking.
