Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

very friendly staff, they prepared us breakfast to go, as we were leaving for a trek early in the morning. very helpful, I nice and friendly, helped us with the collection of my delayed luggage.

Would like to have a map to restaurants, upon arrival. There are several approaches to the property. The first night.. I got lost in a web of local alleyways, looking for a meal
.Location is in a quiet neighborhood, while having only a 5 minute walk to Thamel shops and restaurants. The wifi is excellent. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Will help with any issue that rises. Particularly the manager, Arjun. Who tells me...This is your home. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast included. Each room has a small deck.Lots of light and air. Now? The accommodating details that show care.The room key was easy to use. The attractive double curtains ensure privacy from the windows of surrounding hotels.. One layer of curtains is light blocking and the other semi sheer. Computer desk is always welcome!! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this very international hotel! Arjun speaks 5 languages.

Good hotel for stay in Kathmandu.We've stayed for two days.Airport pickup & drop service was awsome with good vehicles. They don't have any hidden charge. Specially Mr Arjun is very helpful to our stay in nepal.

Bathroom door locker was not there. It was difficult for me to open. However still manageable.
Hotel staff both the morning and night shift guys were polite, very kind and helpful. All places easy accessible from hotel.

Room size was small and inspite of the small room size a lot of furniture was stuffed into it so lesser space overall No curtain or glass partition in the shower area so the water used to spread all over the place in the bathroom while taking the shower

Taste of breakfast items. Mild smell in the bathroom.

Little attention is paid to training new employees; their actions are not controlled by management. You may find yourself a victim of this employee's incompetence.

Came there during festival season, and no service wold work, no laundry, and breakfast was really bad. Still for festival only few people would work there, and so I just got a small breakfast, not worth the high price or any price at all. I had to eat somewhere else, and probably got a food poisoning from there too.
Comfortable bed.

We saw some cockroaches when we entered the room but we thought it was something punctual. However, after having dinner, when we were back, we saw many others!! We are sorry but they have a problem. They go out from the bathroom, probably from the pipes. They need to do a cockroach treatment urgently.
Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was with limited options but good.

- very weak Internet - very unhealthy breakfast- toast bread, marmalade, cold peace of potato, one egg, no juice - I was given a room without TV but I was charged as for the room with TV (I booked online a room with TV). The guy at the reception didn’t agree to give me any discount because of that even though I stated in the hotel for around 10 days (i had a flu and couldn’t transfer to another hotel).
