You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NepalWe went for the sunrise, which was sadly cloudy. I would maybe use a taxi to get there next time (which is a bit more flexible with weather than having booked a room.

SwedenProbably the wifi. The wifi barely worked inside the room we stayed in, and this can be a major deal for some people. The owners allowed us to change rooms closer to the reception where the wifi was stronger, again the owner family genuinely care and really go out of their way for you. Most places I've been to in Nepal struggle with the wifi so I would still highly recommend this place!
First of all it's a family guest house and not a corporation. The owners genuinely care about you and wants to answer all your questions about Pokhara, trekking, and Nepal, without trying to sell you tours or services like most other accommodations. The guest house is in the centre of the Pokhara tourist spot, but still secluded, you almost forget you're in a city as things immediately quiet down as you walk through a small garden alley to enter the guest house, and you see the mountains right in front of your room doorstep. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are big, and you pay what? 10 dollars? Our showers had warm water and the owner also offered to do our laundry. We were also allowed to store our luggage for free while doing our ABC trekking. Again, the owners are the sweetest old couple and just won't stop asking if there's anything they can help you with, and it really feels like you've entered a tranquility while staying there.
