The restaurant smells food and kitchen and this is not in the level of the expectations. The buffet is always diminishing the quality of a place . The breakfast is basic .

We loved how peaceful it was to stay there and the fact that our stay was going towards a trust fund which helps the underprivileged. We were very impressed with the staff, especially Mannish ( might have got his spelling wrong) the Bartender, very good at his trade and honest person. The front of staff was very knowledgeable, well spoken and impressive too. The people who were responding for the ferries and our luggage were commendable too. The swimming pool was very clean. All in all we had a very nice time there and would love to come back.

Beautiful oasis at the Phewa lake . Superfriendly staff , specious rooms , beautiful flowers , sound of exotic birds . Terrace with a view over the lake . Rich breakfast and we had also a great dinner buffet. The spa has also very good offers, we really enjoyed our massages . Easy walk on the lake side with many shops , restaurants etc. Last , it is a great experience, to reach this place by rope !

Lovely comfortable stay, I was only here for 1 night, the staff were all amazing, special mention to Hastabir who I had a lovely conversation with.

The counters for Christmas dinner were closed and we had to wait for sometime to get the food.

Breakfast could have more options. However the availiable options were ok.

It was a beautiful quiet location set in gorgeous gardens. The restaurant was very accommodating. The pontoon operates 24/7 and it was no bother at all to get across to the town. The hotel was very helpful in arranging transport to our next destination.

The room was not as expected, had the view of the hotel building facing, instead of a mountain or open view. The amenities are very limited and the bathrooms could be cleaner.

Fabulous location on the side of Phewa Tal Lake. Beautiful gardens/setting. Super staff - all very helpful and courteous. Excellent breakfast selection. Good selection of evening meals. Excellent massages.

Nothing we ‘didn’t like’ but the rooms felt a little dark and dated.

A very tranquil experience. It brings the guest close to nature with stunning views in an exceptional natural location. The food was fabulous. The gardens immaculate (thank you Susmita for the rose). All staff made Anju’s birthday special! A special thank you to the Reception Team for her present and the chefs for her cake.

The facilities are a little bit old, but it’s still full of charming.

The hotel is another heaven out of the city, quiet and separated from outside. The garden is so beautiful full of flowers and plants. you can find small animals and birds singing around. Just by the lakeside, totally enjoy the view on the Phewa lake.
