We stayed before and after our trek, first in a private room that was right next to the neighbouring bar playing music so loud that no earplug could cover it until 11pm. Then I stayed in the mixed dorm and woke up in the middle of the night itching, and found bed bugs on my pillow (and an extra cockroach on the wall). I told the staff the next day and they just said « ok » not seeming to care. We got an apology when we left and they said they would clean.. Also the dorm was very very hot even with the fans on.

Showers had good pressure and hot water, dorm beds are comfortable and big

Good location, however the guide organised by the hostel for ABC trek was terrible, so unprofessional, the guide walked 300meter ahead of us on way to ABC summit in poor visibility when I was suffering with altitude sickness, could have saved ourselves $35 a day, and gone without a guide

Problem is that the mattresses are very soft, they gave me really bad back pain, and I know I wasn't the only one. Also it's right by the road which can be noisy, and the bar next door plays loud music quite late.

It's s good hostel in most ways, cheap. clean, offers all the services you might need.

No view from the windows at the backside, very cold and not really inviting. A lot of noise from inside and outside the building especially the music from the neighbours. Because of that I didn’t really like this stay.

I had my own room, the beds were comfortable and the shower nice and warm.

The room was very small and there might as well have been no window because right in front of it was a huge grey wall so there was no natural light. The bathroom would over flow with water easily when having a shower. There was horrible music playing loudly until about 10pm. Don't stay here if you're looking for peaceful, chill vibes. But Pokhara itself also seems very busy and not as chill as expected so not the hotel's fault for this.

After a 12 hour bus ride, I got to hostel and room and bed was completely covered in ants. There was no hot water.

The room where I was in, was very small for 4 people. Everything was very squeezed and some curtains for my bed were missing, I couldnt Open the windows propperly, so the air in the room wasnt good I saw other dorms with way more space , so I guess it was just my dorm room

The night was very uncomfortable since the small fan, which belongs to every bed, was extremely weak that you would not even notice it was working. If you entered the room in the middle of the night, you would have the feeling of no oxygen since it was so hot and no airing.

It was a very beautiful place next to the lake. The staff was friendly. There was potable water for free.

Never book this hostel , Reception staff behaviour, non cooperative, change there words randomly, levied new rules time to time , very rough behaviour they pack our bags behind us give our beds to another customer , they support other guests who use drugs and weeds , others guest bring food, drugs and alcohol from outside but they denied me to bring food and beer from outside , i don't know why they behave with me like that , i never suggest anyone to book this hostel specially Indians they behave with Indians differently and other nations guest differently

Room is very small for 6 bed, it is hard to breath in inside and fans are too noisy.

A good location, right by the Northern part of Lakeside. OK for a short stay. Lovely, friendly staff :-) Lots of good restaurants only a short walk away.

Hostel is great but I was not happy because switch plug for charger for phones is not working and connecting plug for fan not working cos I was sweating lot … Their was no repair in Dorm room. that’s make me disappointed and move out next day … I am hearing impaired solo travel on motorcycle from India …

The live music from the House of Blues bar over the road was extremely loud until 23:30! If you like poorly- sung Ed Sheeren covers at an ear-splitting volume this is the hostel for you! :(

The hostel was clean and had a nice terrace with hammock and sofas so you could sit back and enjoy the lake views.

At my second staying, returning from the trekking, first the staff didn’t mentioned a price increase, and secondly I had an issue when renting a scooter through the hotel. After being charged for the entire day even though it was 1pm, the staff didn’t mentioned that an international license was required. Because of that, beside not being insured in case of accident, I got fined by the police. The owner insisted me to pay as it was my fault, even tough partially their negligence of not mentioning and checking my license. Obviously a not very honest behavior. On a minor note, food isn’t available at the property and loud music from the bar nearby.

I stayed twice, before and after a trekking. In both occasions the place was comfortable and clean.

It could be a very good hostel if management is better.Bad sockets, lack of hooks for curtains, broken furniture etc.The staff is not nice.Big guy Sanchez just walked behind me when I was carrying my luggage upstairs.He didn't offer any help. They don't let to use kitchen."This kitchen is only for the staff".

The terrace is beautiful. Beds are solid and good size.

the cleanliness … i didnt feel the bed sheets are news/ washed when i entered the room and i asked them to change them & they did the towels they bring were not clean, but i didnt ask them to change as i already have my own

- A room with a "mountain view" - this is a room with a view of itself and the dumpster. - Combining with booking - changing the price so that we had cheaper - and in fact we paid more - Dogs barked all night
