the rooms were not clean, the bed sheet was not clean and bathroom they were also dirty, i had to call the staff 2,3 times then only they came and cleaned the room for us.

The hotel staff were very helpful , as it was my first visit to pokhara along with family and i didn't know anything regarding the travel and places i should visit in pokhara . the owner of hotel help me to get the taxi and also suggested to the beautiful places i should visit in pokhara, and the food was very good with affordable price.

The bathroom kept on having problems. First it was all really hot water of every tap, then the shower stopped working then when they fixed it the full bathroom flooded and didn't drain away over night. There was also a lot of black mould on the ceiling on the bedroom which is understandable but isn't great over time on the lungs.

Great location and areas downstairs to relax. It's out of the way of the lake side but still accessible to it. The staff are on hand to fix what is needed. The smaller outside chill area outside of the dorm was nice to relax. Beds were great!!! Very sturdy wooden beams

Dorm is right next to the reception so if there is any noise you hear it. Staff could have done more about it / should be aware of guests who are trying to sleep at 12am and 5am

I had a bad experience with this hostel. The bed was the hardest one I've ever tried, there was not any hot water in the shower and there were animals in the room. The staff were kind but hard to communicate with, as their English wasn't so good. Also they would make breakfast for me in the morning, but then they didn't do it because they had been partying and slept to long. I really can't recommend this hostel.

I had a perfect stay in Gypsy Hostel. The room are large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and hot shower was available. The Gypsy Hostel has a really nice and huge common area. The staff was super friendly and we did a lot of activities together for example bicycle tour around the lake, sunrise in the mountains, playing billiard and table tennis. Furthermore, the staff helps me a lot to organise my upcoming trip and booked the bus tickets for me. Thank you for the wonderful time and your support. I highly recommend the Gypsy Hostel!
