We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NepalI had an amazing experience during my stay here. The level of hospitality and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. The room was not only spacious but also very comfortable. The staff were highly professional and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

AustraliaHomeland really is amazing. The English of the staff is great and they are soooo helpful. They're helping you with anything you need and are very friendly. The rooms are clean and cosy. You have much space there. The location is actually perfect. It is only a 15mins walk to the trekking permit centre and to the bus station where all the buses leave (e.g. to Annapurna circuit). It's not directly in the tourist area - more at the end of it. So you have really good local restaurants there and when going the right way from homeland you have all the touristy restaurants and hip cafes etc. I would always go there. And it's not expensive (at least for 2 persons). That's why we stayed there after the Annapurna circuit again.

But there is no need to go out since the hotel also prepares great food. We would definitely recommend this place! really great hospitality

FranceSome guest visiting at the same time were very loud and the cocks in the backyard are very active but this is something very common in many places in Nepal.
The owner was very helpful, he facilitated my trekking and dropped me at the bus station, lent me trekking stick and kept my stuff at the hotel.

Beds are comfortable and spacious, owners is very friendly and welcoming. Hot shower and location is close walking distance to all the shops and lakeside. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EXCEPTIONAL.

ItalyWe booked a triple room with a double bed but they gave us a room with 3 singles even when asking for a change. The bathroom was awful with a spooky bath tub. There is the Visa / Mastercard sign but they just want cash. Ask for good review
