Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great location. Rooms were just ok. Stayed for two nights and wanted to extend for another two but they were fully booked. The massage was amazing and relaxing and much cheaper than most other places. The best part about our stay was the AMAZING BREAKFAST! It was so far beyond our expectations. Even when we moved to another hotel, we continued coming here for the amazing food!

Excellent location within walking distance of the main street but quiet enough to feel relaxing, especially the pool in the garden. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous.

Our AC did not work. But fair enough, they offered a room change. Do not book your taxi or services from the front desk. Cheaper options available at other places.

Only complaint was that the wing we were staying in didnt have a lift, so had to lug bags down to reception when checking out. Not a biggie but just something to note if you have a lot of bags and/or kids to travel with.
Very nice hotel quite close to the main street with all the dining and shopping options. Whilst its right in the city it has a nice vibe to it which is quite peaceful and tranquil. Staff were very pleasant to deal with and made our stay enjoyable. Only about 10 minutes from the airport as well so was convenient for transfers. Had a pool which looked good but was a tad cold for our liking as it was getting close to winter in Pokhara. Hot water was excellent which as any traveler to Nepal knows, can be a bit hit and miss!

We were on the first floor and the stone walls and floors meant we could clearly hear every noise from the lobby and ground floor. Might suggest booking another floor up.
Great facilities (spa, pool) and breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. Good location just off the Main Street in Pokhara. Lovely local cafes. Good service from staff. Nice big room.

The section I was in did not have a lift. Had to climb over 6-7 stories. Very congested garden area. The entrance is not attractive at all and does not reflect the overall quality of the property. Suggestion to the management, give a face lift to the entrance including the faded away hotel board, access road etc.
The staff were good. The Manager, (Mr Bigass ?? ) was really supportive. Although we do not have buffet, the food menu for B/F for BB guests was good. Ample food outlets around also for your choice. When I asked for B/F parcel around 6.30 am on the checked out day morning, they obliged. Overall very satisfied for the price you pay.

there was some construction going on next door which only happened during the day so it was not a big problem for us.
Overal very high standard hotel in Nepal. the staff knows hospitality and goes out of their way to help us, which is much appreciated. the beds were huge and comfy, the bathroom was clean - if you get one of the suites on the 3rd floor, the shower has an actual separation from the rest of the bathroom which we found was rare in Nepal. we got massages on premise at a reasonable price. they also helped us arrange transportation to the airport.
