The hotel was the cleanest I have stayed in, the location is fantastic, close to everything but down a quiet side street. The staff were so friendly and helpful, my first time travelling solo and they made me feel very comfortable. Dol the manager was very helpful organising trips for me last minute and he has many years experience as a guide. I highly recommend this place, I will be back.

Some of the breakfast items could have been replaced (ie everyday there were sausage and steamed veggies). Manager said he’s working already on getting new items on the breakfast spread. 👍🏼

Location - in a quiet alley in Thamel but 2 mins walk from the busy streets and shops Cleanliness - spotless room and bathroom always Wifi speed was never a problem Staff - manager and staff were always on hand to assist.

We spent two nights at the Kailash Boutique Hotel and we really enjoyed our time there. The rooms had a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient and the street very quiet. We could have a great rest after our trek. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is somehow hard to locate at this era of internet. We couldn’t see a nameplate even.

Very nice New hotel, very clean, shower is great with a lot of pressure, comfortable beds, ideal location in Thamel area, quiet street, super nice staff doing all their best to serve you, very good breakfast buffet, amazing ratio price/quality! We also booked our trekking tour with Dol (the hotel manager) through Third Rock Adventures and I highly recommend them. They have a 99% satisfaction rate on Trip Advisor with 629 reviews to this date.

Even the local drivers found it difficult to locate the property - signage was suggested which is being done as I type.

The property looks new and everything is functional. The location is great for buying souvenirs etc. and for night life. The manager of the property is friendly and very accommodating. I and my friend came from Pokhara by bus and we arrived in Kathmandu way earlier than we expected. We were lucky as there was an empty room matching with our requirements and the hotel offered early check-in for free of charge.

We liked everything.

It was really clean and the room was very comfortable. We were staying there before our trekking trip and came back there after our trip. They made us feel very welcome and the staff was very helpful. They had a good shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast was also very good. Everything was just as they described.
