Really well located in a quieter side road of Thamel. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the airport pickup was seamless. Allowed us to alter our stay and sort an issue with payment without any issues.

The towels were clean, but in a very bad condition. Not that it matters ;) The view in the room I had after the trek was to a wall of the neighbouring building, so no natural light in my room, but it turned out to be a bonus to be sheltered by the street noise.

Amazing location in central Thamel. Very friendly staff. Free airport pick-up. Karma Hotel was a very comfy base for the night before my trek as well as the four nights after, when I appreciated a hot shower and a possibility to borrow a hairdryer :)

There was no cleaning in the room during our 5day stay plus we had to ask for new clean towels every time.

The hotel is really nice, in a great location, with sufficient facilities, friendly and helpful staff.

I have stayed in many different hotels in Thamel, this one meets my expectations. The quality price is pleasing. I will return to this hotel again.

Compared to many hotels in Thamel, this is a good hotel. The rooms are clean, the bed is clean, you will always be cleaned.The staff is very friendly, they will always help. There is a luggage storage, which is very convenient. The breakfasts are modest, but delicious! The location is very convenient

I liked and enjoyed everything at the hotel. I have no complains.

It feels like I'm home with my good old friends. The hotel is situated in the center of Thamel. It is perfect for shopping and for walking around and to find some nice places to eat. The room was very comfortable and the staff were always here to help and assist. This is why I stay at Karma Hotel every time i come to Kathmandu. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and welcomes guests as their own family.

We loved our say at Karma hotel- we actually stayed here for a total of 6 nights, as we had flooding in Kathmandu and they were so helpful in extending and even when we still couldn't get our bus to Pokhara and they were fully booked they found us a new hotel for the same price and liaised everything for us- it was so kind and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds and pillow were comfortable and clean, the bathroom was super clean and had the best hot showers we had our whole trip. It is run by the most welcoming staff who we enjoyed having chat with and they were also all super caring checking in on how my partner was when he was unwell. They really do go out of their way for their guests. You can also book tours, transport and get information about where to go all from the hotel if your seeking help with your trip. Highly recommend.

It is in a perfect location, very central in thamel district which is a buzzing neighbourhood. The staff is kind and helpful, we extended our stay of one day as we did enjoy our stay in Karma.

Whilst beds were great the pillows were not so good and really need changing

Hotel is clean, comfortable, good shower and aircon. Location is great, just outside Durbar sq. Staff were polite and did us a good deal on getting to Pokhara. Breakfast was ok, good coffee. Recommend

Great value for money. The room was big, quiet, and clean, and I really liked that there was a shower curtain. They provide water and tea. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The taxi fare, as mentioned on Booking, is included. The hotel is in Thamel, but the room was quiet, as I said before. Everything was great!
