United KingdomThe entrance looks like it needs a lot of work to it, my taxi driver couldn’t drive any further as the road is up in rubble and I certainly couldn’t pull my suitcase along it
Don’t be put off by the entrance! I was a bit concerned when my taxi driver dropped me off, but once you arrive at the doorsteps it is superb. The staff are exceptional, the rooms are clean and modern. The shower was one of the best showers I’ve had! Powerful and hot. The location is perfect- right next to everything but not too close that you hear noise. It is such great value for money. I had to leave early to get the bus so reception said they would pack me up a breakfast to take with me- I honestly can’t fault the place!

+ Room Upgrade + Good customer service by everyone. The lady in the reception Pragaya and Juene was very nice. + Entire staff was helpful, good food inside the inhouse restaurant. I didn't opt for breakfast option, but took breakfast as per ala card. + I stayed for almost 5 nights and also they provided me free drop service. + Good food option was also available + Inside main market area

GermanyWe booked this hotel for a second time because we enjoyed the first time so much. It's in the heart of thamel but with good isolation so you don't hear a lot of noise. The staff and the manager are there 24/7 and they are friendly and funny. The Best is the garden and the building. You really feel like you are in a typical Nepalese home. The masala omelette is divine.

Very friendly staff, the hotel is tucked away from the main street and is very quiet. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food is excellent, I had the impression that the head chef is Italian. Excellent selection of wine and food. All 10 from me. And salute to the manager who is doing his job well.

The staff if very friendy. The hotel is in thamel but not giving directly in the street so it's calm and peacefull with a garden. The hotel looks new and clean.
