The hotel ambiance is amazing. The staff service from the reception team is the best so polite and fast i enjoyed my 2 nights in Agaantuk. especially the jaguar bathroom shower wow really the best stay ever. I definitely will be back

The room wasn't as sound proof as mentioned and the food was a bit pricey..
Fantastic place to stay. It's really well worth it. The place was spotless with all the facilities.The staff were friendly and overall a great experience.

Property was in a prime location, in an easily walkable distance to Thamel and various attractions. Very clean and modern place and the staff were excellent!

There is nothing I didn't like.
This is a great hotel with excellent service and staff. This was my second stay at the hotel and the experience was just as great as the 1st time. Everything including the staff, their professionalism and politeness, the location, cleanliness, prompt responses, 24 hours reception service, value for money and the peaceful atmosphere are amazing. I recommend this hotel for everyone.

very friendly staff: when I didn’t have money for a taxi, they lent it to me at the reception. everything inside was also clean and beautiful. the place is also quiet and with a pleasant courtyard

I stayed 3 times in this very nice hotel, during my 3 week Nepal trip. Location was very good, in heart of Thamel yet quiet & calm. Room was very nice, space todo my yoga. Staff was kind & attentive. Used additional laudary service, stored my suitcase during Trekking. Looking forward to visit again

I stayed twice in May, 4nights plus another 2nights, both times was splendid, very quiet and cozy rooms, although it is very close to touristic area of Kathmandu, Thamel, you can rest and relax enough. The staffs were super friendly, nice and helpful. I didn't feel I need to go out for another restaurant, the food was amazing,

AC made lots of noise during night. Some staff has limited to no English proficiency. Hard to communicate.
Nice tugged away hotel with small quiet garden in Thamel for an affordable price. Great food! Nice shower.

Our stay was great! Due to the low season, we were upgraded to a bigger room. It was clean and comfortable. Meals were available and quite good - I loved the seasonal juice in the morning. Location was great and very easy to get to/from when going into Thamel. Real Therapy was a great spa that is less then 30sec walk away which was perfect after our trek. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Let us have a late checkout and store our luggage as we had a very late flight. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location just on the edge of Thamel, tucked away down a quiet alley. Staff was incredibly friendly. Rooms are the cleanest we’ve seen in Nepal. Beds are comfy and showers are hot.

The shower was not hot enough but bearable. There are no lifts thus if you come back from Himalayan trekking it may not be that appealing.😂 The highest floor goes up to 4th floor at max.
Location was good. Just less than 5 minutes walk to Thamel Bazaar and you can basically get everything from food to shopping. It is a bit hidden thus more quiet- something that I appreciate due to the busy streets with cars and bikes honking. Food was magnificent! The breakfast set is heavenly tasty. 🤤 Staffs were friendly and helpful as well.

I really liked staying at this hotel. The garden is very quiet and peaceful, a nice place to relax away from the busy streets. The rooms are spacious with everything you need and the bed is super comfy. Everything is as it is in the pictures and working well. With a nice hot shower and cupboard to store clothes as well as a desk. The staff service is very good. They are attentive, helpful and helped me with my bags and any questions I had. The food menu is reasonably priced and food tasted good. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Thamel.

The cable TV was not wroking in both the rooms that I had taken.
