Rooms are on the smaller side, adequate but tight with the luggage laying around. Not a big deal for the price.

The hotel entrance is tucked in an alley, which really is a bonus for us, I breathe a sigh of relief when I can escape from the main streets of Kathmandu. The staff were all young fellows, at first they all seemed like college age youth to me doing part time work. I asked them about it, and they were quite proud of their team. They are quick to respond, flexible, have good command of English, helped us with our bags and advised us on airport lines. They arranged for private car for us twice. One of us left at 4am and the other at 10pm. $12 each drive. Hotel is better than basic, great shower water pressure. Everything present, but not luxury. It's a great value for the money. You are just 2 mins walk from Thamel Marg.

Garden and entrance could be more organized and descent.

Clean and quiet room in budget. Employees are very helpful. Rooms are a little tight. Water flow in shower is outstanding according to Nepal standard.

Cleanliness Concerns: While not excessively dirty, there were cleanliness issues that detracted from the overall experience. Bed Comfort: Although the beds were acceptable, they could have been more comfortable for a truly restful night's sleep.

Really minor: - From the pictures we thought our room had a balcony, but there wasn't so if you want one make sure to request. - View from our window was just a big pile of rubbish / rumble, but quite typical for Kathmandu. - Would be great if they offered water refills rather than plastic bottles in the room to be more eco friendly. - Walls were quite thin and in the morning other guests were quite noisy (but there are signs discouraging this).

- Comfy bed and chairs - Clean room - Fast and reliable WiFi - Hot shower with good pressure - Breakfast was great - the pancakes are a must try! It was nice sitting in the sun in their courtyard in the morning. - The staff were very kind and let us extend until late in the evening for a good price as we had a very late flight - Good location close to Thamel but still out of the way so avoiding the hustle and bustle and noise Overall, really recommend - definitely one of the best options in Thamel!

Only downside would be how easy it is to hear other guests talking in the hallway from your room. But the hotel is otherwise very quiet.

It's very close to the main Street of Thamel yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Rooms are spacious and clean and they have constant running hot water. It's worth every penny. The staff is nice and courteous and don't try to sell you travel plans or anything.. no one bothers you. They also have a restaurant and in room dining available. Great stay.. definitely recommend.

If you want 5 star amenities, pay for them somewhere else. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room but this is not common at all in Kathmandu. This is not a wealthy country.

Prices are very reasonable. The staff is outstanding and they were invariably happy to assist with any request. The restaurant was (in relative terms) a little expensive but far from unreasonable. The bed and shower were great.
