Breakfast was ok, but it could be more diverse. They charge additional 4% transaction fee for credit card payment but it was communicated to me on arrival, so there were no surprise at checkout.

Can't think of anything. One have to bear in mind that this is Nepal and Kathmandu and I thought that this hotel had great standards.

So where should one start? Kathmandu Aagantuk Hotel was very much the key factor for making my stay in Kathmandu and in the whole Nepal so incredibly successful in every way! They arranged for a perfect pick up at the airport, they were so agile and dynamic and let me come and go between rooms during my sightseeing in Nepal, they were so service minded in every thinkable way, even though the menu was broad the food was excellent, the rooms was comfortable with efficient AC's during the hot weather season, the beds were great. I could go on and on. But what really made my stay so incredible was their Operations Manager Subash Mishra who was so incredibly service minded where he recommended and steered activities and arrangements left and right. And the icing on the cake, he managed to steer a helicopter to Everest even during the rain season. If I recommend this place? Yeah, yeah I do.

The room was not the same one as per we saw on the booking.com I was expecting the same room actually. But the room we got was also not so bad. I hope hotel management will try to improve this with next guests.

I can't think of anything.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets smelled nice. They gave me a balcony room which was really lovely. The room itself was pretty spacious. The staff were friendly and responded well to my requests. Reasonable price. Breakfast was also good. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and will defo stay here again if I ever get to come back to Kathmandu.

First of all, the hotel is clean, the hygiene rules are perfect, it is close to the city, the employees were perfectly concerned.

The hotel is slightly in the back. At first look you get a bit confused where you are going because it not visible from the main street.

The Hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is close to everything. The only thing is that the entrance road to the hotel is a bit shabby but once you get inside it feels good. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

TV remote did not work well, even after asking the front desk to check. Was only able to turn on TV twice in the five nights we stayed there. Air-conditioning unit leaked water into our room and onto things/gifts.

It was difficult to find the place the first time, it is tucked inside a bunch of buildings, would be great to have some sign boards.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and accommodating add-on requests. Overall it was great value for money.
