Everyone was nice, I would just say the breakfast could have been better that’s about it.

I stayed in the room with a balcony and it was very cosey and nice really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. the staff was extremely friendly and very hospitable thank you!

Maybe vary the breakfast, it’s standard fare, with juice, cereal toast and egg station. Never go away hungry. No criticism to add.

Staff are super friendly in all areas. Biswash was so helpful when we asked him questions, always smiling, as was Subas the tour organiser. They make you feel important. Coffee was excellent too, which is a rarity in Nepal. Beds were comfy and you able to have a good sleep and not too noisy as it’s tucked away from the main road. Ask about the short cut through, so you don’t need to go the long way round. Food is excellent so to be honest we mainly ate there after a day of walking everywhere. We also liked the table tennis, in the courtyard, for a bit of fun. Lastly l’d say, is the guys will be pleased to carry your bags up the stairs.. .. Will come again next time l am in Nepal. I can recommend this hotel, good value.

Unfortunately it was a once of thing but there were parties, lots of noise close to the hotel, maybe from the bar nearby. Met another traveller who has been here a few times and he said that he never encountered it before. It’s impossible to expect some noise in a densely populated city. Last night was quiet 😋

Breakfast was adequate. Staff very helpful and enjoyed the room service, food is excellent and not too expensive. As we have no fridge they provided ice.

There was building work going on during our stay so it was quite noisy.

All good. Nothing to complain about

Location was good: just a short 10 min walk to main area of Thamel Best thing about them was their flexibility to allow me to cancel my return night's stay a week later after our trek when we couldn't fly back to Kathmandu from Pokhara due to poor weather. Despite the late hour (730pm) on the night of the stay, they kindly allowed me to cancel my booking with no extra charge. (NB: I was in touch with them during the day via the message box on Booking.Com so this could have helped. Also, it was the first day of Nepali New Year so there could have been strong demand for rooms so this would have helped too. Plus point: Shishir from the hotel took the initiative to WhatsApp me, making the process a lot better).

The smell in the bathroom.

The hotel is in the very center of Thamel, but it's still quiet and pleasant. The room was nice and the sheets/bed was confortable. The interior garden is a nice place to have your morning coffee.

WiFi wasn’t very good, especially during my second stay there (judging it on ability to have work web calls). They also have a ping pong table and during my first stay, it was really annoying as I was fairly close. I like the idea, but it’s almost like dealing with construction during a stay. Not nearly as loud, but kind of unnecessary noise.

Really great staff! I stayed on two occasions, sandwiched a Nepal trek in between and they took care of my luggage no issues. Super friendly. Location is quiet, but not more than 5 minutes walk to the chaos that is Kathmandu :). Facilities are in very good and clean order.

Our only suggestion would be to have good coffee for breakfast.

This is a great hotel in a quiet location with a nice garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean.

What I don’t like is that the clean service is at a charge, not sure about other hotels in Nepal, because this was our first hotel in Nepal. For us it wasn’t a big issue because we only stayed for 2 nights, but if it was a longer stay it would have been a problem.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

It was a pity the room had no natural light as the window was alongside a wall and therefore had no view or light
