As smoking in the rooms are not allowed, perhaps an ashtray on the outside part of the window would help the guests to smoke outside their rooms and respect the rules.

All the staff were super helpful, they provided everything needed for my father and I. It was the best shower we took in a long while in Nepal and India. Location is just perfect, closeby Durbar Square with every facility in a walking distance.

The room firstly assigned (not oriented with sun light) was humid and smoky. Ask for a change of room.

The rooftop is beautiful but has a lot of potential to improve. The breakfast was not included in the price and the rooms were small and not well ventilated. The wifi was sometimes working and sometimes not, but they did manage to fix it for us at some point. I would say that because I got a good deal on booking it was worth the price.

I would say this is a place that reflects the money that you pay. I would say that it was ok, nothing out of the ordinary or special but ok. The location in Thamel is great because it is super close to everything but tucked away behind another building so that it is not so loud. The beds are ok there is hot water, and the rooftop has nice plants. The staff was kind and helpful.

Although I had a minor issue with my room, initially; the hotel's manager was quick to provide a remedy and was pleasant to work with - he made me feel valued and it was clear that it's his mission is to make guests happy which was greatly appreciated.

The accommodations are located far enough from the more lively section of Thamel and down a short ally which provides sound buffering from the adjacent Main Street that can get moderately busy at times. The upside is that you'll not likely encounter rowdy people partying late into the night. The hotel's staff were pleasant to work with and are very attentive to customer's needs. The rooftop restaurant is a lovely place to grab a quick, moderately priced, meal or drink before heading out into Thamel and beyond.
