I had a perfect stay here, the manager and stuff are passion and warm. Manager takes the initiative to arrange every trip you want. And every activity exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Staffs at hotel lake shore is reason that my stay and experience has been exceptional. The manager Sanjog is the man!!! From the booking till leaving, staff is always there to help you out, on food recommendations , tour booking recommendation (could use some comparison from street), and bus ticket booking. Location is closed to tourist bus park which helps lot if you are taking the bus. it’s a bit of walk to lakeside if you want to relax at some restaurants and drinks where locals go to for sunset and pictures. The only little thing(personal preference) I would recommend to change is probably the towels, and breakfast selection (still great!) can be updated or be more flexible on items.

I had a great time at Lake Shore. The owner, Sanjog (Operations Manager), was especially friendly and helpful. You can also book a variety of activities in and around Pokhara through him. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, thanks to Sanajog, the Operations Manager. He worked tirelessly, always going the extra mile, and made the stay awesome. His friendly and outgoing nature created such a welcoming atmosphere.What stood out most was how quickly he responded to requests, always ensuring everything was taken care of immediately. The hotel offers great value for money, and the breakfast was delicious. Sanajog also organized the bus journey from Pokhara to Kathmandu, which was convenient. He also dropped me off at the tourist bus stop. The staff here are equally helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect—just 5-10 minutes from the main area, within walking distance, but still away from the noise. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay!

The manager & staffs are amazing. Manager Sanjog arranges all activities along side being highly involved in everything u need in hotel. He provided free airport pick up. He upgraded our room with same price. Even he goes way out of his line to help guests. When we missed an activities bus he dropped us by himself. He is an amazing person. & the receptionist Rupa is extremely helpful. Will come back again.

I had a good experience here. Not only did i have a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. But also the staff were friendly and helpful. Sanjog the operation manager was friendly and went out of his way to help me out and give me useful advice. Rupa (i think her name is) the receptionist was smiley and helpful. And the rest of the staff were good too.

Treated like family by operation manager Sanjog and his team. Greeted warmly as well as pick up and drop offs to the bus station. Accommodated breakfast for an early departure and arranged two days of touring which were awesome. Clean, well maintained rooms with good solid air con. Centrally located and great for solo travellers.

Wifi was slightly slow on the higher floor at least but it was ok as I wasn't working

It was a great stay. The property was exactly as it was showcased in the listing. The rooms were really spacious and had a view to the initial part of the lake as well. The location was convenient as well. More than most, the staff was amazing. So courteous and welcoming and helping with every aspect. Mr. Sanjog (operations manager) was really helpful and took care of everything. The lady at the reception (Ms. Rupa) was also extremely polite and helpful. Super staff.

For a traveler on a medium budget this property is a great value- however, being a westerner I would have liked a more posh bathroom lol…. But I am nitpicking

The property was in a great location just off the Main Street. Clean common areas and a staff with attention to detail. Operations manager Sanjog was wonderful, offering great suggestions and help only a local could. His staff from the top down was wonderful.

There were issues with unstable internet and hot bath water for the first two days.

What a fantastic experience! During my 5-day stay, I absolutely loved the breathtaking view and the super friendly hotel staff who were always there to help me out with any questions I had, especially their Operation Manager, Sanjogn. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, as it’s super close to all the famous spots and great transportation options.
