Amazing place here. Staff are so kind and helpful, they’re great. Beds very comfy and hottest showers I’ve had in 3 months of travelling. Great location near the lake. Breakfast was huge portion and good variety. Really missed it as soon as we left!

Great location by the lake but not in the busiest part of Lakeside. Very comfortable room and bed. Cleaned every day. Amenities, welcome drink, water, tea and coffee available in the room. Balcony with lake views (partial in our case as we were on the 1st floor, higher floors must have better view). Kind and serviceable staff. Very good breakfast.

Everything was nice for the price we paid. Only a suggestion to use warm plates when serving breakfast. In winter it’s too cold and the food cools down to fast.

Not a bother for me but there is no elevator. Sanju carried my bags to the third floor.

The location is near the lake and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were warm and had plenty of hot water during my January visit. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. I even received a room upgrade without having to ask.

This hotel is in the perfect spot. Just off the busy street, quiet, super comfortable, affordable, the breakfast is amazing, the staff are fantastic. Everything from the brilliant reception, the clean and well thought out design of the hotel and rooms, the comfy beds, the exceptional service and help from the staff when booking transfers and recommendations etc. The hotel is brilliant and we cannot wait to go visit again. Special thanks to Sanjog the manager, his awesome uncle that dropped us at the airport, the staff who are brilliant, and for sorting out all our extra travel arrangements.

Sanju, the operation manager, is impeccable and has amazing attention to detail. Helped us craft our itinerary last minute catering for all our needs and gave access to his very comfortable SUV. Can't complain - if he is around when you're there then there isn't much to worry about.

The hotel is nice, quiet and clean. The room was big and the bed was very comfy and spacious. Pokhara lake is also very close. The staff was very friendly so there were no problems. Operating manager Sandjog is the best. The bus terminal is within 5 minutes. I was very happy to stay here!

The location is close to lake side and very convenient while also being quiet at night. The breakfast options were excellent and very varied. We had a wonderful stay at Lake Shore Hotel. The personal makes everything to help you at any time, they are the greatest asset of the place. The rooms, breakfast and service were superb. The internet connection is quite slow. I would say this is the only thing that needs to be improved. Lastly, the manager, Sanjog, deserves all the congratulations possible. He is the most efficient, friendly and service oriented manager I have had the chance to meet. He clearly takes the service to the next level. A big shout for him 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

This hotel is located in a great location as it is convenient, situated in the quieter (posher) side of lakeside and has a great view of the fewa lake to the left, and the himalayan range to the right. The room was clean and has a balcony with great view. The service provided by the hotel staff, Sanjog, Roshan, and Mr Pokhrel (the owner) were exceptional! They went above and beyond their duty for us. We had an excellent stay at the Lake Shore Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for comfort, convenience, great view and exceptional service.
