住在lake shore的体验真的很棒！It is a nice experience staying at lake shore! I think the best part is that we can ask the operation manager Sanjog and staff to arrange everything in Pokhara for us with the best price, including airport pickup, Bungee, paragliding etc. The location is along the lake so it is nice to have a walk or bike ride along Fewa. The room is clean, comfy and with the view of mountain, the milk tea here is 10/10 by the way!

Everything was fine.

The hotel meets all our expectations and the hotel operation manager Sanjog arranged everything we needed. We used the laundry service, which was ready the next morning. The hotel arranged bus tickets for us to Chitwan National Park and Sanjog took us to the bus station for free. It was also no problem to make an early breakfast due to the bus leaving at 7am. Overall we were satisfied in the hotel and the stay was very pleasant.

Ich bin mega zufrieden!

Das Zimmer war top sauber, wurde täglich geputzt, mega Internet Verbindung und super Lake View. Lovely and peaceful place in front of the lake. Amazing location to enjoy Pokhara in great style. After a long time trekking I needed a place to spend my last days in Pokhara, I looked for a well located place by the lake but peaceful, where i could sleep well at night and have nice meals. Hotel Lake Shore was the best choice, I was not sure so I only booked one night at first, the I was super happy and comfortable so I decided to spend my entire last week there. The Staff is very helpful, kind and do their best to make your time at the Hotel and in Pokhara great. The offer an extensive menu with fresh beverages, the laundry service is fast and has a fair fee, so you can have your clothes washed on sight. The hotel offers (at a fair rate) the airport shuttle and will also take care of your luggage if you need to leave for a few days. I was quite happy to have a tour agency ate the hotel that took care of my last trekking trip. The offer a range of great guides that will manage either private or group tours for you. My special thanks to Sanjog (Operations Manager), he personally took care of me (Solo Traveler) and assured that all my need were covered. he gave me local tips about what to do (and not do hahaha) and was always very attentive and kind. Anytime I needed support he was there and even shared his personal number so I could feel more safe. The reception is always there for you with a smile on their faces. The Hotel is really well located and offers a beautiful view to the lake. I highly recommend.

The Manager Mr. Sanjog was very caring , decent and well behaved. He provided us with a Scorpio to visit places of interest. The driver Mr. Sonam was also very good and behaved like a family member. I requested Mr. Sanjog to arrange for a cab to drop us at the airport. To our surprise the owner of the Hotel Mr.Chiranjeevi himself dropped us at the airport in his car. Seeing the Sunrise from top of Hill Sarangcot , overviewing Ice covered Annapurna Mountan peak was an unique experience.

The only miniscule issue was the card machine didn't work at checkout but Sanjog was very helpful and took me to the nearest ATM. Otherwise I have nothing I didn't like about the stay.

Staff - The staff were absolutely fantastic. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and fun. Especially Sanjog and Laxmi, they treated us so well with a smile every time. Food - thali was great. Location - 2min walk to the lake and surrounded by amazing restaurants and shops. We even managed to get a view of the mountains post heavy rainfall. Loved it! Highly recommend! ❤️❤️

Power cuts for 2-3 hours a day in the morning and evening. no fan and without electricity and AC, you are sweating in your room. Wi-Fi is slow and not great.

Extremely good service. staff took it upon themselves to make sure my stay was comfortable and constantly kept checking in to make sure I was happy. clean place that is very affordable. GREAT Value

The only thing we had in our mind while we stayed here was the toilet smell. We had ensuite double room, and the hotel cleaner missed cleaning because she said she didn't have spare keys. Unfortunately, that night, we could smell the toilet even worse. We were only there for 3 nights, so we didn't really complain. Apart from that, our stay was very good.

Firstly, their hospitality is great! Everyone greeted us well and very friendly. Specially, Sanjog, he was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were well looked after by all staff. Everyone was professional and very kind. We wanted to extend 1 more day in the hotel and they were very accommodating too. Huge thanks to Sanjog for listening and offering ride when we left. Much appreciated 🙏.

The place was centrally located and accessible. Right across the Phewa lake. Sanjog was very helpful and proactivel in helping us plan sight seeing, arranging for cabs etc. Would recommend this stay option.

Ever ready staff, with big smiles. Great location, in a side road BUT just close enough to the main road to avoid busy traffic. Easy access, by walking to many shops, restaurants and the lake. Staff arrange everything, thebjotel is a one stop shop. They arranged airport transfers, booked domestic flights and tours/activities. Very good communcation before during and after the visit. All the vedors in the area know the hotel, so no need to explain location.

The room size was little small for longer stays.

The location of the hotel is next to Phewa lake. You can enjoy the view of Annapurna range from your balcony or from the roof of the hotel. Mr. Sanjog, the manager of the hotel was very helpful and informative. He made sure that we receive a prompt service. The room service was very quick. All the amenities promised were available. Overall we had a very pleasant experience.

Sanjog the Operation Manager was very helpful and responsive throughout booking and was happy to organise pick-up for us. When our flight was cancelled Sanjog and the night staff arranged for a very late check in for us, which was wonderful and much appreciated. Our room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast in the morning was really good - Sanjog even made me a nice cappuccino! The view from the top balcony is great, you can see the mountains and lake and there are lots of lovely plants everywhere.
