Room was clean and comfortable, in a good location, quiet at night. Good choice in the hotel restaurant and the food I ate was good. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I also arranged a sightseeing trip through the hotel of the 7 UNESCO sites in Kathmandu, the guide Ishwor was both knowledgeable and funny, had an excellent day out. I needed an extra day at the end of trekking after finishing a day early and was easy to arrange, and my luggage was kept safe whilst I was away

Everything. Can't complain about the hotel. Ganga is always so good taking care of us. Very very nice settings plus breakfast. The free pickup from the airport is cream on the cake.

The location of the hotel was an ideal one, just 2 minutes walk from the buzzing Thamel street inside a relatively calm & quite lane. The ambience was very good, rooms were clean & tidy, the complementary breakfast was excellent in terms of taste, quality & variation. Moreover, all the staffs were exceptionally cooperative & friendly that made us feel at home.

Very conveniently located near the Thamel area and yet surprisingly quiet. The manager is extremely helpful in all areas and fixed up my travel requirements in no time.

Nothing can beat Mr Ganga who has provided his kindness and care to 2 of my elderlys friends at Magnificent Hotel. The free pickup at the airport is just cream on the cake and they are returning to magnificent hotel again soon.
