Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Fantastic location, a couple of minutes to restaurants, shops & Thamel, without the chaotic noise. My room was spotless & spacious, had a fridge, silent air conditioning & dedicated shower recess with great water pressure & warm water. Breakfast buffet was varied & plentiful, the restaurant meals were great too. The staff were awesome, friendly & engaging - nothing was too much trouble to ask of them & they were genuinely happy to help. The international airport shuttle was appreciated too 😀

Everything was perfect
We had a great time here. The hotel is located next to the tourist district of Thamel, away from the noisy street. It's clean, there is hot water, the breakfasts are very tasty. I recommend :)

Everything was perfect

We stayed here 3 times in 2 months as our base between treks. They are close to the transport pickup spot for Ramechhap airport (flight to Lukla) and they packed us a breakfast for the journey. It is in a quiet area with easy access to Thamal shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is good and you can order eggs any style. AC works well. Beds are comfortable. Very clean.

There where no complaints.
This was booked for friends who were travelling with me. They had an excellent airport pickup and enjoyed their stay at the hotel. They said they'd be happy to stay there again.

The breakfast was tasty and what you'd expect in Nepal. There was plenty available, dining area was clean and tidy. The airport pickup facility was excellent.

Great location in a quiet street off the main street in Thamel. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Great food for dinner and breakfast at a good price. The staff was very helpful and kind. Our two nights here were very relaxing after trekking for two weeks. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The room was very clean and spacious. The food was great both for breakfast and dinner. The staff were always polite and helpful with everything. Wifi was fast. Location is great! Airport pickup and drop-off were quite helpful too

It wasn't too bad (taking in consideration that it's Kathmandu), but it wasn't the most silent.

Perhaps a elevator. Although there was assistance for luggage to b carried up n down stairs. This is because we are seniors and travelling around was taking it's strain on us. Otherwise steps would not have been a problem
All staff from Manager down ward were very obliging in any requests.We arrived at airport n and due to unforseen circumstances did not inform the hotel of our arrival. Being a foreigner telephonic communication was difficult. A kind taxi driver fined the hotel. The manager without hesitation requested the driver to transport us to hotel on behalf of hotel. AS advised by hotel of free transport to and from airport
