I was very happy to return to the Mulberry. As with my previous visits, I was made to feel extremely welcome by the friendly and professional staff. As always, the room is perfectly clean with an extremely comfortable and large bed, perfect for resting after a long trek! The room came with a balcony with a nice view which was a very pleasant place to sit. There is a very well equipped gym on the ninth floor which I used regularly and found to be very quiet. They make a real effort here, you are welcomed with a nice cool drink and I even received fruit and snacks to my room. I have stayed in various hotels in Kathmandu and this will always be my first choice.

I have stayed in Mulberry Hotel on several occasions over the last 4 years. Before and after my annual treks. The staff are superb, the location excellent as are the facilities. I've never had a bad sleep here. I have stayed in a few hotels nearby, but honestly, none come close. I very much look forward to my next trip to Kathmandu and again staying here.

The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. It is an extremely welcoming hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, tea, coffee and water are provided which is a nice touch. The pool and gym are very useful, and I have never found them to be too busy. One of my favourite things about this hotel is the incredible breakfast, if you’ve been on a trek, the breakfast here is like striking gold. Everything you missed about food on your trek will be provided including great quality coffee and some delicious pastries. If you need a perfect place to stay in Kathmandu which will not break the budget, this is the place to stay!

The property was contemporary and sophisticated. It was easy to navigate and amazingly located. What was exceptional about this hotel is the sophistication and caring of the staff.

AustraliaI left the hotel for the airport at 6:30am, made prior arrangements to get the hotel transport (two days before departure) - only to find out on the spot/on the morning of that I wasn't able to use the hotel service as it was too early. I had to get a taxi who overcharged.
Breakfast was well equipped, room service was speedy, and rooms were clean and comfortable - housekeeping did a magnificent job. Staff were always friendly. Takeaway breakfast prior to airport was thoughtful but could use improvement.

United StatesThe staff at the main restaurant was excellent. Two young men in particular made extra efforts to be friendly and helpful: Swarinam and Rhosan. The room and bathroom were clean, everything worked except the TV, but I rarely watch TV so wasn't a problem for me. The shuttle to the airport when I was leaving was prompt and courteous. The rooftop deck with pool looked pleasant if you like the sun (too warm for this fat old man!).

FijiThis hotel was way beyond my expectations. I had booked this hotel for my parents stay in Kathmandu for two days before their flight home. The room was superb, spacey, clean and well maintained. My parents were super happy with their accommodation. The staff were so helpful and cared for my parents well, from the manager to the service staff. They even arranged transport to the airport as they had a late night flight from Kathmandu. I cant thank them enough, customer service at its best and hotel is top class compared to the others in the area.

Credit card fee were charged on my first transaction after discussion with Amir that you didn't charge any fees if using my currency card. of which weren't charged on my last transaction.
Food and bathroom were good. location was also great. Free airport was appreciated.
