I was booked a superior deluxe room with big balcony with swing. I was write for sewing when i was booking. but unfortunately, they can't provide me of swing. They saying that, only one swing have in this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at Hotel Mystic Mountain treated us with such kindness, going as far as to upgrade our room at no extra cost for our baby’s birthday. The birthday cake was simply delicious, and breakfast each morning was a treat. I am grateful for the attentive and caring nature of everyone there, which truly enhanced our experience.

Everything is great - the location, interior, architecture, facilities. The staff are very helpful. They managed me an early check-in as well. The jacuzzi is great. If the weather permits, the mountain view must have been amazing (which wasnt in my case). They can improve the foods (flavour-wise) since they felt very bland. Also the spa, minibar and a la carte is super expensive. And there’s nothing to do after sunset.

The pool was very cold & could do with a solar heater. But the spa bath temperature was perfect.

Location is A+++ for the breathtaking sunrise view of the Himalayas. Buffet breakfast had plenty of variety & delicious. Staff were professional & attentive. Beds were comfortable & the spa services well priced for the quality service provided.

Hotel Mystic Mountain exceeded our expectations in every way! We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. Spa needs a spruce up. But therapists were really very very good.

Amazing location with stunning views of the Himalayas. Our room and balcony were lovely. Loads of hot water. The spa was reasonable and good therapists. It could do with a make over. Also limited food for vegetarians. Staff were very eager to please and get reviews but perhaps over attentive and would stand and try to chat with the same questions over and over. A bit much sometimes.

A bit foggy.

This hotel, and especially the restaurant, and its supervisor, Manoj Nepal, and his staff, which we got to know well, were incredible. The dinner and breakfast buffets were amazingly ornate, international, and delicious. The full length glass windows overlooking the rooftop of the world was the perfect place to overeat.

Hot water is inconsistent, especially in the wash basin. The balcony doesn't have any privacy, with people looking into each other balconies from the side. Food is average.

The hotel is a peaceful oasis in the surroundings of Kathmandu, perfect for a restful period with impressive views of the himalayan range, beautiful and complete infrastructure, super kind staff, great food. Everything is great - the room is cozy and comfortable, wifi works greatly, the food is so so good. Highly recommend!

Breakfast and the dinner was great. Comfortable and huge rooms. Excellent view of the mountain ranges and you do not need to leave the comfort of the room to see the ranges.
