Too cold, not hot enough water, broken heater. I got sick after staying here for 1 night

service and the staff were too good but the room was different when i booked from booking.com. I booked a room with large space but my room was too small for me.

Unfortunately in the evenings the water was cold so it was imposible to shower.We stayed in November and as there was no heating in the room it was very cold.

The location was excellent and the staff were very attentive and helpful.We had a good stay.

1. TV not working at all as advertised. 2. No electric jug or heater as the room is very cold 3. Electric power socket wasn't properly functioning this making it difficult for us to charge our phones or use some electric and electronic equipments 4. Seepage issues on the walls and within the overall hotel, this requiring urgent renovation 5. Cleanliness issues: hotel was good but rooftop area and the balcony area seemed dirty 6. The room and the balcony area gets too cold especially during the evening, night and the morning time. No AC or electric heater included which is disappointing.

I enjoyed the view, the food, and loved the he overall hotel location. Further, the owner was friendly. We had a small kid and asked for some utensils for the kid with the owner and he provided with no hesitation. The balcony view was awesome. All in all, I had a pleasant time at the hotel.

The towels and bedsheets were not very clean, hot water was in fact lukewarm. But for the price we paid it was a gem

Towels were too dirty and cannot be used . cigratte remaining were kept on windows from earlier stay and cushions were full with smoke smell.. no restrictions on anyone on smoking (bad for people who are allergic like me)

View from the room was awesome, they have tried to provide all comfort in our short stay in hotel. We ordered Nepali dinner in night which best Nepali thali we ate til date in nepal , fresh and hot served.

There 2 staff in counter is very while other one is quite moody and rude type overall good. And most of all the room services are exceptionally good .

The staffs should be trained with menu and should be available when we want. sometimes we have to call in a loud voice. any way they treated us well and somehow friendly.

Actually we want camp fire and the staffs managed properly. We enjoyed a lot.

Bed sheet and pillow cover were dirty. Had to ask for fresh one. Please change the pillow cover and bed sheet regularly thats disgusting.

There was no hot water. As it was already a cold month and as it was also cold in the room, I would have liked to have a warm shower. Maybe it would be good to give a third blanket. (There were already two, which is good.)

The view was very good. The food was excellent. The staff was very nice and helpfull, and always there to help. When I had problems with my creditcard they were there to help me and we solved the problem together.

The view from the balcony during sunrise was best of all the journey. The owner treated us so well that he helped us when our electric scooty got zero charge and helped us to went to the hotel and charge our scooter.

Could be cleaner. The staff does its best though. Houses and budget hotels in this region don’t have fans which can make the room stuffy if there are moths at night because of which you can’t keep the windows open. This isn’t the scenario in dryer seasons I’m told.

The view from the room was fabulous - mountain ranges and sunrise right from your window!
