Good location, friendly and helpful owners (Suraj, otherwise known as Brother, and Sister), Sister is a great cook, accommodation is basic but clean and appealing. Open layout makes meeting other travelers easy. We would return again.

The property was clean and spacious with balconies. Rooms were basic but ideal and beds were comfy. The staff were exceptional, all so so kind and constantly looking out for you wanting to make sure you have the best experience of the park. Hugely recommend!!!!

I stayed 4 nights, and it was amazing! The owner and staff are super friendly and make you feel at home. The room is also nice and clean with a hot shower. I also booked the canoe and walking safari here, and it was super nice! I saw multiple rhinos, crocodiles, and much more! I also met a lot of nice people here, which is nice when you are a solo traveller. I really recommend this place!

What a nice and welcoming place. Specially the manager Suraj make the stay significantly more pleasant. He will go far and beyond to make your stay as perfect as possible. Rooms are quite basic but adequate and to my satisfaction. Food is tasty and good. Location is a little beyond the town but easy to reach by foot. Quiet area and close to the elephant training camp and river beyond. Would definitely recommend...

Staff went above and beyond, especially Suraj, who runs the place. Tours were good and we saw plenty of Rhinos and a sloth bear up close. Don’t expect to see a tiger as they are extremely rare. Food and drinks were good!

We had a great 2 night stay. The owners are awesome and so is the location. We were taken for a sunset walk on the afternoon we arrived, and were lucky to see a wild elephant, some crocodiles, wild rhinos, and many beautiful birds. The hotel helped us to book an amazing day with canoeing, a walking tour, and a jeep safari. All were great value and wonderful experiences. We also saw sloth bears, peacocks and spotted deer. A 5* stay for sure and well recommended.

A home away from home, Suraj and his lovely family made my stay so special in Chitwan. The hotel is set in the most idyllic setting, slightly away from the hustle and bustle but still within a short walking distance. We got to see a Rhino visit the neighbourhood twice during my stay. The hotel is super comfortable, the food is amazing, and Suraj literally goes out of his way to help you book your activities for the stay (safaris, walks, canoeing etc) and also helps with onward travel plans. I'm glad I got the opportunity to stay here and look forward to returning again soon. Thank you Suraj 🙏

The hotel staff (a family) was exceptionally friendly and helpful in giving each guest the experience they wished, and were accommodating about all details to suit your schedule of a jungle walk or safari. The safari guides were seasoned professionals who knew everything about the land and its wildlife. I cannot stress enough how important trust is on safari! We saw many animals and birds, and had a wonderful time. The hotel also attracts guests who are real travelers, also a pleasure to spend time with. Great vibe.

A clean and decent place with an intelligent, helpful, and knowledgeable host. The breakfast was good and satisfying, and the food overall was enjoyable. The atmosphere was peaceful, the hot water worked well, and the location was convenient—close to the national park and other attractions. Plus, the price was reasonable. He picked us up from the bus station, which was incredibly helpful after a tiring journey from Kathmandu.

This was genuinely the most kind service experience I’ve had so far in my travels. They helped me book all my safaris, organized everything, picked me up and dropped me off from the bus station, sent my breakfast to my room when I was tight on time and needed to pack, and even ran down my bus to give me a jacket I left at their front desk. The only negative thing that comes in my mind is that the rooms are poorly roundproofed (complaining at a high level).

The host family is so nice. You can ask them everything and they will help with it. The food is very good. Also they organize good safari tours at cheap prizes.

- Amazing host and staff! So supportive, they really want to make you feel at home (carrying bags, bringing food to the room, offering to bring you to the clinic when you have health issues.) - The hotel comes with everything you need, prepared safari packages to book, laundry, restaurant with huge menu, drinks and snacks available. - Flexibility. I couldn’t attend some of the safaris I booked due to health issues and it was no problem to cancel them with a refund. - Drop off and pick up service from the bus station as well as to the places where the safaris start. - Very responsive, a „no“ is not part of the vocabulary here
