This is the best hotel in Nepal!!! This place is a perfect base for safaris! Clean, comfortable, good food and the most friendly and helpful staff! Suraj booked our safaris for us, organised early breakfasts and packed lunches. He provided free drop off/pick up from coach station also. We felt very looked after and safe, and Suraj and his family went out of their way to make us feel so. We will 100% stay here again.

I loved this hotel. The staff and especially the owner are super nice and helpful. They looked after me very well and did everything in their power to make my stay as nice as possible. The safari tours that I did through the hotel exceeded my expectations and it was one of the best things I did in Nepal. The room was very big and clean and I felt very comfortable.

I genuinely cannot stress how amazing this place was, we felt so welcomed and just at home. All the staff are so so lovely and constantly make sure everything is okay we booked are safari through them which was amazing and we saw so many amazing things including a tiger. Could not reccomended this place enough.

From first communication Suraj was super quick to reply to all our queries. On arrival in Chitwan we were picked up and taken to the hotel (courtesy service). We were welcomed by the loveliest family who arranged everything bespoke to us. They took care of everything from booking jeep tours, canoeing, cultural dance show, taking us here there and everywhere in the jeep and fed and hydrated at such a reasonable budget friendly price and the food was very good! The Wi-Fi here was excellent, hot showers, clean and just everyone was always so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Could not fault our stay here at all, and was sad to say bye to this lovely family led by Suraj. They will also organise buses to wherever you want to go too :)

I can honestly say that this lovely place is the best I’ve stayed in Nepal and has a special place in my heart. The whole place with the family and others guests here are just incredible and I felt at home the second I arrived. Suraj quickly helped me with safari trips for all my stay. I had an incredible and fun walking safari with the best guide Dilak and Som who was so experienced and dedicated. We went to a secret spot without other tourists - and saw to tigers depsite lots of rhinos, crocodiles, deers and birds. The room was so nice with a great view and the food was delicious. It’s also very important to mention that this family are true animal friends and doesn’t provide elephant riding or any kind of that stuff. Thank you so much for my stay brother and the rest of the family, I will be back!

100% couldn’t recommend staying here more. The bed was comfy, hot water and so clean. AC works really well and the food is nice and very reasonably priced. The family who run the hotel are so nice and couldn’t do enough for us. Picked us up from and dropped us off at the bus station. Booked our onward travel and organised our safari. The view from the hotel is also lovely. Had a great stay here!

The best place to stay in Chitwan! The building is stunning and overlooks so much nature! The people who work here treat you like family and are lovely 24/7. They sort out all trips and stays while visiting and the food options here are plentiful! People said 7 nights here would be too long but honestly it wasn’t enough! Cold beers on the balcony can’t be beat!

We had an incredible experience at Hotel National Park! From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The service was exceptional, from the convenient bus station pick-up to organizing our safari adventures with knowledgeable guides who led us to prime tiger-spotting locations. The family who runs the hotel assisted us with every aspect of our stay at very reasonable prices. The food options were plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend Hotel National Park as the top choice for accommodation in Chitwan. A tip for future guests: opt for a room with air conditioning and make sure to bring strong mosquito repellent.

I had a great stay at Hotel National Park and would highly recommend this accommodation to others! As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and looked after the whole time. However, what really made this place stand out was the friendliness and commitment of Brother Suraj, who went beyond as an excellent host. He coordinated the Chitwan NP activities (from viewing the Tharu cultural dance, canoeing, jungle walk and jeep safari) seamlessly around my stay and organised transport to and from the bus station. Thank you for a memorable stay in Nepal, Brother.

I really enjoyed my stay at hotel National Park Sauraha! The room was clean and had a private bathroom (hot shower!) and a beautiful view over rice fields where I could enjoy the sunrise several times. The hotel owner is very helpful and always friendly. The safari tours that the hotel organizes are top notch! I did both the walking tour and the jeep safari tour and it exceeded my expectations! We saw so much wildlife, the highlight being two tigers! For anyone wanting to experience some amazing days in Chitwan, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Great communication & support from staff. The hostel & tour guides demonstrated a lot of respect and passion for the national park & wildlife which I really appreciated. It can be hard to gauge how ethical certain tours/activities will be in such destinations, however, I felt very comfortable with this hostel's philosophy & practices as soon as I arrived. The full-day walking safari far exceeded expectations. We saw many wild animals in the park & even saw a rhino about 100m away from the accommodation at the end of the day. Thanks for everything! Really good things and everyone matter these days is the do not offer any safari that harms animal rights and freedom like they do not offer any elephant safari activities so I feel this place must be all the travelers choice hotel because they give you only the honest information, service and family feelings.

Nice and calm property, close to busy part of Sauraha and all other restaurants/bars souvenirs shop. Nice and peaceful terrace. Great family running hotel and taking care about all your needs. Nice breakfast served in sunny terrace outside. They can organise all the tours for safari and even plane/bus reservations. You can feel in good hands with them: from moment of arrival you don’t need to take care about nothing else. Wi fi worked well as well. They accompagne you everywhere by car (for free or choose yourself how much you want to pay) or foot (even to airAport to catch a plane ✈️ ) great service 👍👍

The service was exceptional and the family were very friendly and helpful. The guide they work with, Tilak, was fantastic and certainly the best wildlife guide we've ever had. The walking safari with him is absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed sitting on the comfortable balcony in the morning where you can have breakfast and if you're lucky see a rhino!
