The towel and blanket provided looked really dirty so I didn't use them. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. I woke up in the middle of the night to find a COCKROACH running up my leg in bed. Swimming pool had no water in it/was closed.

Great free breakfast (omelette, potatoes, toast with jam and butter). Nice room with everything you need. Within walking distance of the town center (10 mins approx) and the tourist bus stop (20 mins walk). Wifi worked very well.

Stayed a few nights here. Raju and the staff there were super helpful and kind. Beautiful outdoor area with a fire pit too. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

For that price everything is fine

Spent here 2 weeks. Was pretty comfortable, owner and staff were very friendly also. They allowed me to use kitchen and use their bicycle. Place are chilly and right next to the entrance to national park and the Elephant Stable, every day can walk to visit elephants. In the end Owner made also sweet discount bcs of long term staying. At night next to the place sometimes coming wild elephant or rhinos, once rhino showed up daytime also, was so much fun to see him 15 m from you. Big thanks to the place

I love this place! Such a nice atmosphere in nature with cute cottages to stay in. Gives a real feeling you are in nature. The pool is also very nice. It was empty when we arrived, but the owner Raju was so sweet to fill the small pool. In november it is still pretty warm during the day, so could really relax sunbath and swim. The food is also very tasty! I will definitely come back. Raju was so kind and helpful with everything. The price was also very very good! Highly recommend.

However, we were really excited by the pool pictures, but the pool was empty (while it was 25 degrees mid November). Our cabin had a really hard bed and the shower only provides cold water. Good value for money though, since it is not that expensive

Great friendly staff who helped us with transfers and booked a great safari. Would really recommend that. Could be a cosy place in summer, now it was all a bit dry. The breakfast was actually really good.

Some deep cleaning would definitely pimp the place and some planned renovations by the owner are also necessary. Only cold water which didn't bother me but the shower head is really low and due to my height, taking a shower was a bit complicated. Fixing of the roof would be also awesome so no rats/mice can come inside.

Really nice place to relax in a natural environment and discover chitwan nationalpark. Owner made me a good price for my intended safari experience. Owner is also very friendly and helpful. Everything really basic but for the price it's alright. Mosquito nets provided.

Could be maintained and needs a deep cleaning cause the place has a very good potential

The location is quite strategic and Raju is great host he pick us up and drop us off at the bus station and helping us arrange the activities for our stay. The pool is huge and filled with fresh water was a bonus point after long and hot jungle walk.

Nice experience in this location but the staff tries to take as much money as possible for the safari. I paid for breakfast but the staff didn't wake up to make it on the last day.

The maintenance of rooms

Good value for money rooms with great ambience outside along with a pool. Rooms were very basic but okay for the price however the washroom flush was not working properly.

the place is amazing, really mágic, and the staff is really polite and friendly. They always told us when something exciting happen like some big animals were around the neiverhood ( elefants, rinos :) ) . We had a beautifull time in that place we super recomended. also we reserve some activities with them and were fantastics experiences and cheap ones

Very rude/loud guests. Rats in my room. I was overlooked. The couple are lovely BUT don't know how to give respect where respect is needed, because they're accommodating the loud and aggressive people. My experience, if this is you you will love it here.

Lovely young couple owners/managers, beautiful grounds, and great food. I spent quite a lot on food here and didn't get any of my free breakfasts (which I paid for) due to VERY loud other guests! I was sincerely the most quiet one here, a group of boys shouting, a group of men shouting, and when the men were quiet- a ridiculously selfish German woman who lived there (literally playing her guitar and singing 24-7!!! She NEVER shut up). I went out to work in coffee shops every single day!!! And didn't sleep properly or receive my free breakfasts.... So with respect, I was disrespected. Family of rats in my room too scurrying around the ceiling and popping down...

The activity pack is good but very expensive if you don't see any animals. The bathroom leaves something to be desired. The pool was under reconstruction so we couldn't enjoy it

I loved staying here!! I've actually come back again! Great rooms! Very good value! Short walk into town! I ate here a bunch of times, the food and the chais were great! Very accommodating and friwndly staff! Super helpful! Lovely outdoor sitting area! At the time the pool was emptied for cleaning, but it wasn't an issue for me!

Very nice place, perfekt to chill for a couple of days. I booked two nights, stayed for four and I could stay longer :) you have nature around you, a hammock to relax and the national park next to the hotel. Food here is also very good.
