The staff are wonderful and assisted us in all our travel plans. Their suggestions on what to do led to memorable two days in Kathmandu. No need to work through a travel agent the hotel is able to organise everything for you at great rates.

I had a wonderful stay at Nepal Pavillion Inn. From the moment I arrived the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay not only at the hotel but also in Kathmandu, giving excellent recommendations as to what to do in the city and helping me find my feet in the city. The hotel was beautiful and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely be booking here again when I'm back in Kathmandu.

This place has such a wonderful atmosphere, it feels like coming home. The family that run this establishment are so kind and welcoming. I loved the interior decor and the rooftop views. It’s in close proximity to everything you need in Thamel but tucked away in a quiet corner from the traffic noise. Highly recommend staying here!

Friendly and helpful staff, a cool and comfortable room with nice lighting and I enjoyed the stylish interiors in the common spaces. Location is great for exploring Thamel and heading towards Durbar Square etc. whilst not being directly on the 'main drag'; there was some noise but that's to be expected if you're staying in Kathmandu. I really appreciated the soft mattress personally as its my preference, and rare to find in Nepal!

The staff was super friendly and did everything for me to have a great time there. The area is quite central and is close to all the restaurants, bars and sightseeing places. I would love to stay there again once I'm back in Kathmandu.

Great location in Thamel but on a quiet street away from any traffic noise. The decor is wonderful and there is a great view of Kathmandu from the roof. The best thing about NPI is the welcome and the kindness and the hospitality of the family team that run the place - it’s a home away from home in Kathmandu. Highly recommend staying here. Listen…this is the BEST OF THE BEST !! The staff is so nice and will be ready to help for for any activities, bus ticket or taxi you’d want to book. I felt like I was home, and the room was adorable and they have this cute little rooftop where you can enjoy some nice food and a beer. I will come back after my trip in Pokhara !
