Since they are new they had very less resources for e.g. we had to ask multiple times for towels per person. The road to reach hotel from main street is very bad and broken.

Property is very comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Food at the restaurant is good. Location is very good, walking distance from Pashupatinath Temple.

Rooms were brilliant with a large working TV. Bathroom/shower with hot water. Great for being near to airport with NPR300 cab fare

As this is a new hotel, my driver from the airport had difficulty finding it, but we found the phone number and the taxi man rang and all was okay. My next taxi man who came to pick me up found it after ringing the hotel. I ‘think’ I read there was an ATM on site so I didn’t bother getting any cash as I was only there one night and didn’t go out. I went to pay but there was no eftpos facility. A staff member came with me in my taxi to the ATM, but that was a weird ATM so we went further to one that worked for me. Lucky I had Taxi! I’m sure they will have an eftpos machine soon but just in case, make sure you have enough cash to make life easy. Or pay when booking. I would stay there again 💖

This is a new hotel, and therefore still finding their feet. However the room and Hotel were both lovely and clean, the bed and comforter very soft. The room was fairly spacious. The staff were wonderful and provided anything I asked for. Free Wi-Fi in room and dining area.

The location is excellent very close to Pashupatinath Temple. Property/Rooms are very well maintained. Owner and staff is humble and polite. Food/Breakfast served were very tasty.

We were not given the room that we booked last. Before booking the hotel we called them twice to confirm the number of days I need to book, the guy who answered the phone said to book a day in advance so that room is ready when we reach early in the morning around 2AM. Even though the hotel policy says 24 hours check in. And they were just giving different options saying this is what they can do. The guy at the reception said clearly booked room is not available so take what we are offering. The room provided had torn bed sheet, below par AC. I had such a horrendous experience at check in that I would not talk further on this. DO NOT BOOK THE HOTEL BY LOOKING AT THE PHOTOS ON BOOKING.COM

I recently stayed at Hotel Nilakantha and had a fantastic experience. The food service to the room was prompt and the meals were delicious. The room was impeccably clean, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was varied and absolutely delightful. The staff and the owner were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommended!

No internet,no room service ,staff don’t know anything , food is just ok.you will easily find very good hotel in half price what booking.com charging online
