As a guest for four nights in Hotel Pleasure Home, Thramel, KTH was beyond what I expected. It was quite amazing for an extent of hospitality, which is even comparable to five stars. Meals and eatery set up within the hotel is wonderful and information for the guests were so precise. By location it was so convenient, since it is closely located to any part of the core of KTH, as well to airport. Location has short access to any part of KTH, as well as to any sort of historical and cultural sites. There is also shopping convenience as well entire amusement destinations, including casinos and night bars. I committed, if I have any personal as well official in future, I would choose the HPH. In short the entire facet by room facilities, hospitality and logistics within it was so and so immersive.Thanks!

It certainly lacked attention to basic Cleanliness.

A good Location in Central Tamil. Friendly Helpful Staff. Every time we asked for something... The Staff were happy to please... Availability of clean, safe to eat , places nearby.

The locks of the doors were giving way in my room. There was a telephone but it had no cord and was super dusty. There were mosquitoes in the room.

The staff service was 10/10, very hospital and helpful. There was prompt online correspondence pre-check-in.

In the middle of night a group of prople start fighting in the hall, some woman was sceaming which really scared us because we didn't know what's was going on, if anybody need help or somebody will break into our room or something.

Not a place for the people who needs parking place as the hotel has not one. Also the cost of food at restaurant is too high.

Very good location in the main market of Thamel. One can explore the market place in the evening after sight seeing in the morning. Can get very good vegetarian food in Marwadi Seva Sadan at the walking distance. Also Darbar Square and Swayambhu temple at walking distance. Good place for staying and need not to worry about currency exchange facility as hotel people are very helpful.

The owner tried to sell us a guide and porter for the EBC trek, saying that was necessary, when its not. of course because he wanted to get a cut out off it.

The only thing that I didn’t like was how GOOD the service was. The staff truely go above and beyond for their customer. Couldn’t say a negative comment about anything at hotel pleasure home.

Wonderful property in the most fantastic location in the heart of Thamel. Great food, facilities and the most wonderful of staff that are happy to accomodate any need you have at anytime. A gem of Kathmandu, could not recommend enough.

I had an exceptional stay at the Hotel Pleasure Home! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Mr. Sital at the reception was very supportive. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the hotel's atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. 5 stars and I can't wait to come back!
