Some of the rooms have a mold problem - as many buildings in the wet Pokhara. So be careful that you don't get a moldy room

The hotel is super cute and the higher rooms have a great sea view! Staff is friendly and helpful with everything. We really loved walking up with the view of the lake. The room was clean for Nepali standards :). I would definitely stay here again. For this price it is great.

The fan of the room was kind of useless, as it didn't serve its purpose.

I liked the behaviour of the staff and the owner. I would like to meet them in future for my next booking and sightings. Special Greetings to the beautiful Shweta. 🙏

Just note, it can be humid in Pokhara so use sunny days wisely to dry out clothes.

Stunning view from the top floor, beautiful view of the lake. Really lovely family running the place, super helpful with everything we needed, really kind and friendly - super tasty food and fabulous outdoor breakfast table where you could admire all the beautiful plants and adorable animals (rabbits, puppy, hotel's dog). We had the double bed plus single bed room and it was a great size room, beds were comfy, again - stunning views. Super great value.

Breakfast - standard fare but fulfilling Lunch / Dinner - we ordered the "thaali"s and the food was good, both tasty and hygienic. However, you can't compare this food with typical restaurant food and if the latter is your preference, you have multiple options very close by Location - right beside the lake and yet away from the hustle & bustle Staff - Excellent, that's the word...they will give you the "homestay" feeling even in a hotel. But this was true through our entire trip across Nepal; the Nepali people really know how to make their guests feel welcome

The bathroom was a bit broken- first night we had a tiny flood from the sink. No hot water - only for a very short time at the start. Cleanliness - could be better - we had a cockroach in our room.

We loved the guesthouse and we loved the family so we stayed almost 2 weeks. 10/10 in pokara and can't wait to come back!!

The Hotel is situated in perfect place. There is view on the lake from the room. The room was clean. Everything was great. It was the best hotel in Nepal. The staff was very helpfull

Wifi was perfect, if you are a freelancer and want to be able to work it is a good place for it. Also view from the rooftop is very beautiful, there are some tables so you can read/work and admire a lake view. The family running the hotel is very nice and treat you not just like a guest but like a friend.

The rooms were neat and clean, the food is good but the family who own it really make the stay exceptional. The location is great with lakeside view and there are lovely touches for the hotel like all the plants. 100% recommend. They eve arranged Paragliding for us. Great experience.

🌿💐🌿 zero complaints (!) 🌿 It's very very clean, no noise, no mosquitoes, no flies, near the lake 🌿my favorite part of lakeside 'khahare' 🌿

🌿💐🌿 namaste 🌿 since 45 years almost every year visiting my vEry beloved NePaL 🌿 checked out so many hotels 🌿 my absolute favorite now is a new hotel (since only 3 years) 🌿'October Inn' 🌿 already living here since 5 months (!) 🌿 and i am full of praise! 🌿 100's of plants, my lovely room cleaned every week, lots of place on roof for yoga, with perfect views of lake, the Family is Wonderful (big Nepali hearts!), a very sweet dog, room-service, and they also perfectly organize any possible adventures! 🌿 so it's my uttermost pLeAsuRe to recommend 'October Inn' 🌿 (i am from Sweden, teaching Tai chi & in Love with the Himalayas!!! 🌿💐💚💐🌿

As far as I can remember I didn't faced any problem.

The comfort and hospitality of the owner was overwhelming. Location-wise the property is placed at a good location to nearby-attractions. Would recommend to fellow tourists to do give it a try.

Bathroom was too small and stingy. The basin floor was slippery, we about to fall twice. The room, particularly bed and blanket sheets were not properly cleaned. However, they changed it after our request. I agree its a budget hotel, but honestly with adding a few more rupees, a nice clean room is available in other hotel. What mostly surprised us, they sell the room for three persons but only provide one toilet tissue and one water bottle! Asked more and charged us for that.

The family who run the hotel. They are very warm and try to provide you what you asked for. The hotel also has a nice terrace view of the Phew lake at the top floor room (but beware the toilet is too small to compromise the view!).
