Friendly, cheerful, helpful staff. Sujon Karki on reception was really helpful. I ate in the restaurant at night & the food is really good & the right price. Breakfast is good too. It’s on a quietish side street. A bit noisy during the day but certainly ok at night. Bed comfort, wifi & shower all good

Bathroom floor doesn’t drain well after a shower but plastic slippers are provided for future nocturnal visits Hot water for the shower took maybe 5 minutes to warm up but once it did it was good. That was for the first 3 nights. On the 4th night it never quite got hot at all. Either way a lot of water is wasted.

Friendly, cheerful, helpful staff. Puskar & Mousam deserve a special mention. I ate in the restaurant each night & the food is really good & the right price. Breakfast is good too. It’s on a quietish side street. A bit noisy during the day but certainly ok at night. I got picked up at the airport for the same price as the fixed price taxi desk so was delivered directly to the property without any hassles Bed comfort was good Heater in the room worked well but was only needed for a short time each night. Wifi is good Deepak on the tour desk is super helpful

Highly recommended 👌 I've stayed at many places in thamel but this place is one of the best. The room is very clean which matters the most. Also quite affordable. The staffs were too polite and helpful. Thank you Tenji brother for your hospitality. We'll surely visit again.

The food is bad, I asked for an American breakfast but didn't expect eggs to be ruined by so much. I left it as it is and the staff ideally should have atleast asked why I didn't consume the breakfast I ordered to understand and improve their approach next time.

Sneha was such a fantic person, warm and friendly. The people at the hotel make all the difference. Pushkar was great too, humble, helpful and kind.

The bathroom has a slight odor, which may require attention for a fresher environment. Hot water in the shower takes a bit of time to heat up, so we had to wait a few moments for it and need to ask in reception first for hot water.

Perfect Location everything can within 5 to 10 minutes of walk, friendly staff specially Sneha, reasonable price , good service.

Soiled linens used on rooms. Rim of Tea cups were dirty, looked liked it hasn't used for a long time and was served on it without Wiping or washing, being served as it is.

Amazing staff, a decent hotel, and a great location. It's quiet and green from the balcony, and the restaurant terrace is a wonderful spot to relax in relative peace—something rare and delightful in Kathmandu. Special thanks to Sudarshan for his help with early check-in and arranging a taxi to the airport. He treated me to tea, and we had a lovely conversation.

Service which they promised Especially Mr. Sudarshan in the reception is polite and kind. More than all, Nepali food is more than I expected. I loved their food. One more I must add, they provide beer on MRP+10% It was one of the best offer in south Asia. Loved my stay on this property.
