It was tired, bathroom needs updating, poor quality soap etc that wasn’t replaced. Poor quality of food on offer at breakfast and evening buffet is cheap but unappetising.

nothing - we enjoyed the place very much - as with everywhere we stayed in Nepal a bit more of the amazing fruit that we see in all the markets at breakfast would have been nice

Just some minor things which I just want to mention because the place is not a ‚bargain‘. Maybe the things mentioned can help to improve service: There was renovation ongoing - thus you don‘t feel on holiday that much. Only 2 towels, even for ‚pool towels‘ you had to ask. Breakfast was plenty but the dishes were almost cold because the covers of the food-Containers were always removed by the staff. Breakfast only until 9am. The place really needs some renovation (which was ongoing while we were there).

The menu not very exciting It is lacking some feel-well touches-e.g.the towels so worn and frayed with holes-that is a real shame However the most disappointing fact was the aggressive sales of tours by Mr H combined with his cynical and biting remarks towards me. Against his advice I insisted on a walking safari, which was a success. I would suggest more tactful handling of clients

I booked a room with swim pool view. But in fact it was not a really pool view. But staff claimed the opposite and said something about a mistake in booking app.

It was not a problem for me, but the way to the centre of Sauraha (if there’s a need to buy something) may take up to 20–25 minutes Also note that there may be some wild visitors in your room as Parkland has its own territory, absolutely safe though (we saw some kind of a lizard pretending to share our room🙂)

Parkland has an own pool and cozy territory full of plants to chill or have a meal. Right behind the fence — elephant “stalls” and lots of other domesticate animals The facilities are not brand-new but quite good having that Parkland may look like a camping site as it’s in a few minutes from Chitwan National Park We also had a totally lucky jeep-safari (4–5 hours) in Chitwan leaded by the staff and it was great

Due to the covid pandemic the pool needs some renovation, but you can still swim in it and relax in the sun.

The staff was awesome and the place and it's garden was very nice. We booked a private jungle safari and got guide Babu and he was great. The spended money was absolutely worth it! After our trip we had a kind of allergic reaction due to some insects and the manager immediately took care of us and took us to a doctor. Special thanks to that. All in all it's quite a nice place. You just need ~10 Minutes to the main intersection while passing a few elephant stables.

The neighbourhood of the hotel is not the best. The main street is only 10 mins walk, but there are a lot of dogs everywhere in the streets. The room was very noisy and we had a lot of power outages. The breakfast and the lunch is very poor, only with some types of food. We tried once the lunch (680 NR) but it was also very poor.

Loved our 4 night stay here. We were only going to stay for 2 nights but extended to 4 as soon as we got there. The garden is beautiful and the pool is amazing. Our room was clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the garden. We booked a Jeep safari and also a canoe safari during our stay. Our guide, Hari, was really informative and had superb bird spotting skills!

Bad food....staffs don't take any requests....restaurant service it pathetic u have to wait for ages for the food to come.... Pathetic internet service in the resort.....slow and disconnects frequently. Indian debit card was not accepted though being international due to technical reasons..

Babu was super helpful, he organised everything for us including canoe safari, jeep safari and transport to Pokhara. He was our guide on the safari and is really knowledgeable and good fun! Our room was clean and had good air con. The hotel had good food, attentive staff and was a short walk to the main road. It has a nice garden to relax and the pool was great to cool down after being in the sun all day!
