Staff - I would like to know where the owner of this hotel hired their staff because i've been to more than 500 hotels worldwide and even in the 5 star establishments, i've never met staff who were these kind and helpful. They TOTALLY EXCEEEDED my expectations. Laxmi Kunwar, Sulden Aryal, Enakshi Gupta... These are the ANGELS of the hotel. The owner, even if I didnt physically meet, was absolutely helpful and so courteous.. This hotel surely deserves more than 10/10. Im leaving the hotel SUPER HAPPY and im SUPER GRATEFUL for you all. Location - Very well located, 5 minutes to the lakeside. You cant beat this location. Its excellent and away from the noise. Also LOTS of shops and restaurants. Best location in town Rooms - Spacious, clean, well appointed and decorated, a big balcony and lakeview. i couldnt have asked for a better room. Infact, I extended my stay! Breakfast - Im not a big eater so the delicous pancakes with honey and fresh juices was more than sufficient for me. All in all, this is a home away from home and i want to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH Laxmi, Sulden and Enakshi and the owner of this hotel for treating me like A QUEEN. I'll never forget it and i'll recommend you to everyone I know.! THANK YOU!!!

Little old hotel, toilet spray pressure was very low although it was fixed right away, tank behind toilet was leaking but was fixed qiuickly

No hot water on the day I returned from a trek. Fixed within 24 hours and given a discount to compensate. Regular breakfast ho-hum.

Everything was great

I really loved everything in this hotel: the great friendly staff, the very comfortable room with the comfortable bed and nice view, the great wifi which was steady most of the time, the location- close to all the restaurants and attractions on the lake side. It was a perfect treat after coming back from a long trek and I highly recommend and definitely come back on my next visit in Pokhara.

Some of the outlets in the room were a little fussy (really loose & didn't hold a plug well), but there were ample outlets so I was able to use a different one without issue.

The staff here was excellent! I arrived here earlier than expected because I got food poisoning on a trek and needed a place to recuperate while waiting for my friend to finish the trek. The staff accommodated my change in schedule very well. Every time they saw me (at breakfast, coming and going) they asked how I was feeling and if I needed anything, which was nice. They also helped me reschedule my flights (not once, but twice), and arranged for a taxi (free to me) to take me to the airport on my last day.
