Beds are hard. Our shower head was spray sideways and made a mess. Our rooms didn't get cleaned early in the day, so we would come back and the room wasn't done yet, had to ask for more toilet paper, water, towels, somedays. construction happening across the road and loud.

Staff very helpful with organising taxis and activities. Really good buffet breakfast. Great location, very nice inside.

The noise of the construction in front of the hotel

The hotel is in a best location and the staff are very very helpful. I would like to specially thanks Ms Indira for her support and hospitality, she is a wonderful person and very kind. I left my camera by mistake in the hotel while checking out. Indira called and managed to send it back to me with night bus.

Housekeeping didn't leave towels on 2 occasions. Once is an oversight, twice is a bit of a pain. The beds are hard, and some new fluffy pillows would definitely make for a better night's sleep

The location is fantastic, 60 metres from the main strip. Great breakfast, different variations every day, and there was always plenty to choose from. Large room with balcony and the shower was great! Lots of hot water and good water pressure. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall, it's very good value for money

Pictures on booking. Com are very well done so don't expect that. On the Saturday night there was a lot of noise from a nearby bar so take ear plugs in case.

Noisy late night music nearby pub on weekend

Best location, awesome food, very welcoming reception and kind staff. Hotel is walking distance to fewa lake and rooms are nicely cleaned. Indira at reception did our warm welcome. She is very knowledgeable and provided all option to enjoy Pokhara in 2 days and as suitable to our group. Indira is very helpful in arranging our sightseeing day tour and adventure tour booking. I would really appreciate Indira for extra hour spent after her regular work and personally taken interest to plan and book our adventure activities sunrise at Annapurna mountain, hot air balloon, cable car, zeepline etc.

It doesn’t have sound proofing on the doors opening in balcony and overlooking the city. We traveled on the Christmas Eve and until 12 AM it was very noisy due to the sound of band. It was like we are directly listening into the band. Also there is noise from city traffic which can be heard in night due to lack of sound proofing

The bathroom and shower curtain were quite mouldy. The construction and bars across the road were quite loud - but this was no fault of the hotel, and didn’t bother us much.

Amazing staff! There was always a helpful smiling face at the front desk and breakfast. They really made our stay wonderful. The buffet breakfast was also great.

The toilet bidets started working in the morning all of a sudden but that might be related to city power outage but we didn't inform as we were checking out anyway. Apart from this, everything was flawless. I will be definitely back and will recommend anyone visiting Pokhara to stay at this wonderful place

Loved everything. Room, view, cleanliness were all top notch. The property is very well taken care of and gives a sense of luxury. The staff is super helpful, especially the lift staff, the restaurant staff and so on. I must particularly mention Indra at the front desk who gave us a warm welcome

Bit noisy because in front of the hotel there are some workers building a house. On the other side some pubs with music until 11.30 pm.

The receptionist, Indira, was amazing! She helped with everything and always smiling. Breakfast was also very good with multiple options. The room was big and the bathroom was enough.
