The water didn't work most of the time, but from what the owner explained is that there is an issue with the water tank or something and it seems as though he is sorting this out. He also kindly tried his best to sort this at around 9pm for us. Because of this, the toilet didn't flush very often, we got just trickles out of the sink taps, and only just had enough hot water to bathe. The wifi also struggled a lot, but we were in the very top room so perhaps this is why. Even with these issues we would stay again, because it is a cosy room/hotel overall and the owner is just so lovely.

The staff were so friendly, the owner was so kind and helpful with nice conversation. The room was extremely spacious, maybe even the largest room we had in Nepal! Very comfortable bed and a nice couch. Close to the airport which was handy for us. Toilet paper provided is also a bonus. We only stayed one night but would have stayed more.

Amazing service! Booking was cancelled as it was done too last minute but Hotel Ryan was kind enough to clean up a room and even offered me the largest room, after hearing that I had a early morning bus to catch

After a long travel I reached the property only to find it shut, having informed prior about my late arrival I was sent off rudely by the person in charge saying the rooms were full already and that I need to look elsewhere, it was not a pleasant experience at all given the phone number provided was also not received, I was stranded out of no where and this is the first time I am writing a negative review about any property. I requested the boy in charge to reconfirm with the owner but he simply denied stating I should rather not waste my time and look elsewhere, please be careful if you are planning to visit and I suggest not to reach the property after 10PM as it has no signboards and being left in the night with no solution is not a good travel experience. Please improve!

This was the first time I had a proper dispute with the owner of the hotel. The staff at the hotel were super lazy and barely moved to even show the room.

I got mine room upgraded after the dispute that was a good part.

Most of it. Sadly. Budget room booked has no attached bathroom. You get decent rooms for 850NPR but here no. Paid extra for a room with bathroom, which has no lock no walls. Has glass window covered with curtains on the terrace. The terrace door wasn't closing, wind seeping through it. Then a different room was arranged after requesting change, thankfully. Heater and bed warmers were also given which saved us through the night of 5°C.

The manager, his efforts to make you understand what he is offering for the price. The only good thing of this property is the manager . He arranged and managed our stay saving it from being a disaster

Only the problem was getting hot water for bath. The hot water come after 10 AM but we have to get ready by then and leave the hotel. But they provided us big electric kettle to warm the water so it was manageable.

The staff was very helpful and well behaved, the room was big at this price. Overall the stay was very comfortable.

I booked the room online and also called the hotel to confirm the booking. I told him I will be there between 12-1pm. When I reached there at 1pm the hotel said they already gave my room to another person because I was late. They said they tried to call me but I did no receive the call. When I checked they were dailing wrong phone number. They took me to another hotel nearby they chsrged me more money and also the hotel was in very bad condition.

I stayed for 1 week, The room was big, very clean and private. The staff and manager were really kind and provided all the needs. It’s 3 km from center but for me it was worth it. Really enjoyed my stay, highly recommended 🙏🏼

Not much. We would have spent at least double for same experience at other venues. This is value for money.

Rooms were clean and seems newly painted. A fan came as default in a budget room. There was even a gaming pc in this room which we used for watching movies.
