ACs - On the very first day, AC in one of our rooms broke down and started leaking. However hotel was quick on action & they shifted us to other room & repaired the AC. No swimming pool :(

Location - This hotel is in Thamel market which is a great location. It is very close to all the touristic destinations. Breakfast - They have decent options available for breakfast Dinner - We were at this hotel with my parents & the food here was amazing - just like home-cooked meals. They prepare the food fresh & serve hot. We ended up eating at the hotel every evening. Room - rooms sizes are big enough to accomodate 3 people easily. They have ACs & decent bathrooms Hotel staff was very nice & helping . They listened to us and acted promptly to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They also helped us with the transportation and plan up our itinerary for 3/4 days while we were there.

Exhaust fan in Bathroom was not functioning. Wet area in the Bathroom should have separation with curtain. WIFI was not working at least 6-7 hrs a day.

The reception and hotel restaurant didn't have fans and it was quite hot in summer.

The hotel although located in the busy area of Thamel, is quite peaceful. It has its own compund and a lovely garden. The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful and couteous.

Samsara hotel Kitchen, Concierge and Receptionists exceeded my expectation and I felt at home. Hotel is clean, spacious, nice looking with good internet. It is in the tourist district of Thamel. Within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, banks, and my Trekking company. After trying food elsewhere once, I stuck to Samsara Kitchen the entire time. I stayed there total of 8 days and had a great time. Two days paid by my Trek company and 6 days paid by me. It was highly affordable.

the location is quite good. from there other locations are quite nearby. a halal muslim food court is very near from here, which makes this location more favorable for muslim travelers. staff behavior was very good. very cordial.

This is a lovely hotel in the Thamel area, and from so many to choose from, we found this had the best price for what you get. It is a large comfortable lobby and professional reception area, the manager is always on hand to assist with any questions. The rooms are spacious and with hot water, air conditioning, and wifi, it was perfect after a long trek. They also have airport pickup, and can arrange the airport dropoff for a good price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely property, quiet space away from hustle and bustle of Thamel, but still walkable to all of the restaurants. The staff were fantastic, it was safe and clean and tidy. Great job, excellent to stay after trekking.

It was very noisy at night, lots of parties in the area so we didn't sleep very well. The room was quite small, but OK for the price we paid

The hotel is close to the tourist bus stop, in a nice area of Kathmandu. Great place to walk around.

Great location and great service! Samsara contacted us before our booking and provided a free private transfer service from the airport to the hotel. Checking in was easy and the room was spacious, tidy and had everything we needed. On top of this the breakfast was excellent quality. On top of everything the price was outstanding too!

Really nice place to stay. Booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 4. Central to everything but set back off the main street so was nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great too. Will stay again when we return from trekking

1. No Coffee in the room, even after addressing them. 2. Trying to charge exorbitantly for city / day tour. 3. Ignoring to remember the airport drop ride from hotel. 4. Charging extra for the card payment.
