They booked for us the bus to Pokhara, very helpful. We came in the evening and wanted the bus after 12 hours and they booked the sofa bus river side, Perfect. Nice breakfast, nice rooms and Staff.

The lift would be a better option for kids and elderly guests with luggage, but the stairs are spacious and shouldn’t pose any issues. The staff is always available and ready to assist with any needs you may have.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Thamel, right on the main highway, making it easy to access local transport or take a taxi of your choice. It’s very affordable, and as this was my first time staying in a 3-star hotel, I wanted to give it a try. They provided excellent service, including breakfast, just like higher-star hotels. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back soon.

There is room for improvements, of course. For example: We had only one pair of slippers for a double room, but I am sure that they would have happily provided one more pair (I had my own, so we didn't need) Some wall sockets could be replaced. Shower head could be upgraded. While the photos were not far from reality, there are too many different rooms under the same article. not all are correct. But for the price, I don't think there is better!

Had a wonderful stay here! The place was super clean during our visit and the facilities were working as expected. It had good pressure to cold and hot water, the continental breakfast was tasty, with a delicious chai and the staff was one of the nicest I have ever met. And the photos were not far from what we got.

Dirty everywhere, toilet and shower is in bad condition, need to be renovated. During the Dashain holiday there was no buffet, our last morning in the hotel the cook didn’t come, we were waiting for breakfast more than hour.

My room was a bit smaller this visit, but it was quiet even though the hotel staff apologized for any noise from the backyard construction. I didn't hear anything except a pigeon who came to my window repeatedly going Whoooo Whooooo at light 6am. Clearly, he was an early riser.

I have traveled to 30 of 50 US states and 32 countries in the world. This is my second stay at this hotel with reason. It is quite, convenient and most important for me who works all of the time - comfortable. The sheets, pillows and the mattresses are super comfortable! Most important for me who likes to work hard and play harder. It is near temples, bars, restaurants, shoppings and clubs. Food nearby is amazing! I had sushi one day, Nepali another, some Cajun food (native to my home state in America) and some really tasty sandwiches from a small place called Godzilla Sandwiches. The restaurant in the hotel was closed this visit, but their noodles were ordered at least 3 times last visit and I enjoyed the garden patio for breakfast and coffee last time.

All was perfect

This hotel is one of the best in Thamel and Kathmandu. All was perfect, the room was new and clean, with hot water, air conditioned and clean sheets. The managment was super kind and the breakfast was included. Also waiters were super kind and fast. The property is also in a parallel road in thamel and this is a big advantage because there is no noise and the road is not crowded. Moreover the internet connection is fast and reliable and this is not common in Nepal.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful,friendly and very helpful and especially i would like to thanks to Mr. Ram for helping us throughout our journey. By the time when we departed he manage to take us safely to the destination. The plus point why i am rating to this hotel was they don’t even hesitate to help in out need. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset. Will definitely recommend to our friends and will come back soon

It's a great place to stay in the heart of Kathmandu/Thamal. The location was perfect for us & everything was nearby. All the staff were amazing and most importantly very helpful & family face. Breakfast was so good & worth it. The room & sheets were very clean. I would like to special thanks to Mr Narayan (manager) & receptionist for all their support and help.
