Everyone should experience this hotel atleast 1 nihjt when in pokhra . The view was amazing. Room was so clean and so beautiful. Staff was extra helpful. We came here for husband 40th birthday. And let me let you We wouldn't have celebrated his birthday any otherway . It was fantastic stay. I mentioned them its my husband 40th birthday when we checked in m and guess what they surprised us with home made complimentary cake and all staff came and wished him played dhole and sang song for him... it was so heartwarming . We are so grateful for this experience. Receptionist girls, top bar staff, breakfast staff was amazing as they were under best supervision lovely manager . Kalpana Agra Uttam Sudeep Sorry whose name I couldn't mention. Agra was amazing at bar 🍸 😍 ..

There's no sauna, game room, or anything similar - just massages. At a hotel at this price, we expected at least a heated pool or alternatives to pass the time.
The staff is very kind.

The bar-stool type chairs on the balcony NOT RELAXING at all.
Food was good, tasty and freshly cooked.

Great staff!! The staff often went out of their way to make us comfortable and immediately addressed any concerns we had. They welcomed us with a beautiful Nepali song and the farewell was equally warm. They even surprised us with a lovely birthday celebration for my husband. The view from the room is amazing 🤩. The rooms are clean, the wifi works fast, and the room service was efficient.

Australia1 review“Ok, visit for the view. but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.”overpriced, accomodation and especially the food and drinks. our room was a bit damp and had a funny smell to it. the pool was very cold (not heated at all) so we didn’t want to use it, and we often had to find staff to place food and drink orders or just wait until they came as there was no way to call down to the restaurant or reception from the pool. they also started to do some construction while we were there.

Israel1 review“Regretfull”The rooms were very clean but that's just about it with this "fancy" hotel. Food wasn't good and the pancakes had mold. When we told the staff they claimed it was part of the dish and argued with us. In general everything about this place is overpriced and just not worth it. To top it off: The hotel charged my credit card without my authorization. We we're planning to pay in cash as the reservation stated and they didn't give us the chance to. Even argued with us about it. All in all a very bad experience. Definitely not coming back again.
