The first impression Sara gave me was like we’re family she’s always smiling and it lasted till I checked out I loved staying in her hotel great value for money

Basic Amenities Like Water bottle, Towel, Tissue paper are not their. In a wash room their is no water. I had Disappointed stay over their.

A peaceful Resident Area and nearby shopkeepers are more helpful.

It was like home. Sara and sudan were very welcoming. Sudan organised my trek for me and lent me his equipment so i didn't have to buy any. I left my valuable things with them when i went travelling then stayed a further 19 days on my return. They were so accomodating and it was really nice to sit and have dinner and chat with them every morning. I had various rooms during my 24 day stay and they were all comfortable. The views from the rooftop are beautiful.

Sara sister has very sweet nature and her food is super tasty like home.. Never felt out of house while being there. Looking forward to stay here in my next trip.

The room we stayed in was very noisy. I couldn't sleep from the sound of dogs in the evenings, the roosters in the morning and the shouting of people in the next building. That's why I bought myself earplugs from the pharmacy. When we first went to the hotel, Sara told us that we had reserved the smallest room and that we could change it to a room with a private bathroom if we wanted, by paying extra. So, we accepted her offer. However, we realized later that there is no sink in the bathroom. For this reason, we had to go to the other bathroom constantly to wash our hands and brush our teeth. So actually having our private bathroom didn't work and did not mean anything. We paid extra 1200 Nepalese Rupees for nothing. There was no hot water in the room either. We had to take a shower with cold water. The walls in the room are very dirty. One of the plugs was not working very well. There was a kitchen on the upper floor and we were told that we could use this kitchen if we wanted. We went to the kitchen to make tea etc. I saw two cockroaches in the kitchen. The kitchen was not clean. Our room was not that clean either. So, as someone who has visited more than 20 countries, I can say that I have stayed in better places for less money. If a little more attention was paid to the hotel, I think it could be something much better. I read the reviews before booking the room and everyone rated it highly. I think these high points were given to the good attitudes of the hotel owners. Hotel owners are really good, but do you think this is enough for a good stay? The location is beautiful. 40-50 minutes to Thamel on foot. So, I would not recommend it to anyone. Thank you for reading.

I don't like anything about that because of them behaviour and manner they take more money then it's available and they even said to me that cancel Ur booking cause we have to give this app so cancel this say to us so just think about once and I request booking .com person to please check this status and background cause they are doing illigal business

I don't like at all cause their staff are not good when I reach there then the room is already given for another person I have to wait and till next 6 hours then I finally got my room at 8 pm which is very frustrating and the. Give me another room cause I have book the room was given to another person so and then they take more money then the online price I can give u all evidence of that so please don't come here they just blackmail u don't give anything
